Apple Creek Orthodontics Limited - James Tomassetti

We went here based on a number of recommendations for our daughters braces. Maybe they were good in the past but every single visit required a follow-up due to some type of issue. My daughter has had nothing but problems with wires poking her or bracket issues. Most recently she got a "custom fit wire" right before spring break. Well that custom wire has wore a sore in her cheek.

She has also mentioned the actual dentists seem good but she rarely sees them and the assistants that she does see tend to be very coarse and uncaring. This place seems to have turned into a factory for braces. Some of the 5 star reviews below are duplicates and others look like plants. There's a lot of orthodontic practices in the area, I would recommend you look elsewhere for now.

We love Apple Creek Orthodontics! My two daughters received excellent orthodontic care with Dr. Tomassetti and staff! From the initial care plan to all of the phases of braces, we found Dr. Tomassetti and his team to be incredibly kind, accommodating and very professional. What I love most about this office: the employees-my daughters had the same staff over the course of their orthodontic work-the staff really seem to love their jobs and it shows!

And Dr. Tomassetti's great personality-he is fun, knows every patient's name and really relates well with all ages. He presented us with a realistic plan for braces and was on point every step of the way. I also like the fact he gives back to the community and so do his partners and staff. They care about Appleton and their community. (I have also heard great things about Drs. Lin and Eichholz!) Orthodontic care can be daunting-it is an investment and commitment.

Apple Creek Orthodontics made it easy and it was always a pleasure to be there. In fact my youngest daughter (she is 15) recently told me she wished she still had braces because she loved going there. That says it all!

Erin, who works at the front desk, is always friendly and helpful when scheduling appointments. Karen was great to work with while discussing the orthodontic plan. Dr. Lin and Abby are fantastic! (Abby should become an orthodontist because of her knowledge and care she provides to her patients.) I would highly recommend Apple Creek Orthodontics.

Dr T and his staff have exceeded my expectations. Both my daughter and I have gone through orthodontic treatments and I couldn't be happier with the results! He really is a master of his craft! He thoroughly enjoys what he does and is fortunate to always have smiling patients :. He has tenaciously worked to help me have a beautiful lifetime smile!

I spent 15 years in the dental field and I wouldn't send my kids to anyone else. Not only for the excellent care they receive but also for the time they take with each of their patients. They have phenomenal visuals to help describe the treatment plan. It really helps put the kids mind at ease knowing what to expect. Additionally, patients are given an assortment of tools to help them be successful with their home care.

It is hard enough for children to keep their teeth clean without braces but the staff took an adequate amount of time to explain how to be proactive with their home care additionally explaining the consequences of poor oral health with braces. At one of our visits I watched Dr. Tomassetti interact with a fearful child (not my own). I couldn't help but laugh at her reaction when she realized the procedure was done. She had no idea what Dr. Tomassetti was doing. Thank you for your kindness, actions speak louder than words. Good job doctors AND staff!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Lin and his wonderful staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Lin does amazing work and I am always extremely happy with the results. I have been to several different doctors in the area and Dr. Lin is by far the most talented and compassionate doctor I know!

I have been in the dental field for over 18 years, and as a hygienist, I would not bring my 3 children anywhere else, than to Dr. Lin and his team at Apple Creek. They are fabulous! He is certainly an expert in his field. Working in the dental field myself, I have the opportunity to see many children post orthodontics, and I appreciate Dr. Lin's precision, accuracy and amazing results - time after time. Apple Creek is a nice place to go to for braces. I had mine put on and the people were so friendly with you. The braces are even coming off sooner than expected.

Apple Creek Ortho has been great for me. My teeth looked incredible after my braces were removed and I'm glad all the time and effort that went into it paid off. It wasn't easy but it was worth it.
