Make sure to get a second opinion. I went in a few months ago because I had a cracked tooth. It was a large portion that was cracked off but I had no pain at all. The male dentist examined me and then said immediately that they would have to remove the tooth. I asked if we could put an implant afterwards and he said no that he wouldn't do that.
I didn't like the idea of having a space in my smile so I hesitated. I told him I would like to think it over especially because there was no pain. He then continued to pressure me to remove the tooth. He said " well you're already here just do it. other people would just get it done because they're already here." He also then told me that the nerve was infected and that's why they had to remove it.
I felt so weird because I thought if it was infected I would be in pain. He then tried saying " well this is what happens when you don't go to the dentist for so long, you haven't been here for 11 years" then I said that that's not true and the hygienist agreed because she had my file. After severe pressure from him, I still continued to say no and I left.
It was honestly a disturbing experience. I made a different appointment with a different dentist that my sister goes to. Not only would they be able to save the tooth but they didn't even have to do a root canal. They just gave me a crown and now It's perfectly fine. Oh and also, nothing was infected at all. I think what's disturbing is that if I would've listened to him and gave him to his pressure, I would have a missing tooth and no way to get an implant. also he would've removed a tooth that didn't really need to be removed! Just beware and always get a second opinion if you go here.

Worst dental practice I've ever dealt with. My young daughter has a issue that needs attentions. I was told over the phone within 30 minutes if u can get here or Nov 22nd. Got off the phone spoke with husband called back to make a appt for Nov 22 just like I was told. The person whom answered the phone said no it will be December 3rd. How the heck in 10 minutes did the appt go from Nov 22nd to Dec 3rd.
I guess they don't care about a lil girl with mouth discomfort. It's really sad that you can not trust what was told to you over the phone. I would had recorded the conversation if I knew they were going to tell a different story within 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable, these people in this office are not on the same page with each other.

Ellen may be one of the best dental hygienists ever! She is meticulous and explains everything she's seeing and provides helpful tips to keeping your teeth in top chomping shape. Doctor Multani is very kind and explains things equally well. I was so nervous getting a new dentist, but would recommend them to anyone.

Great dental office! All the staff are fabulous. You'll get excellent care in a clean, friendly office. I've been going here for 20+ year and have never felt pressured to get a procedure that I didn't need. The office offers hours that fit families and worker's schedules. This is a great dental practice!

I have been a patient for many years. I like the people here because they are very nice and they care about the patient's oral health. The hygienists and receptionist all have been here for a long time. The office is small but very clean and modern. I had my wisdom teeth extracted a few years ago and it was done cleanly. Highly recommended.

I needed a new dentist and my boyfriend had gotten an emergency extraction here a few month before so I made an appointment. Unlike other offices I've been to they were able to schedule my cleaning just a couple weeks out. My hygienist was wonderful and explained more about gum disease and dental care than anyone else had ever explained to me.
The cleaning was fast and relatively painless. I didn't feel judged (I'm a bad flosser) or like they were trying to sell me additional services. I'll be back here for all my dental work in the near future. I forgot to mention: best of all they do Saturday appointments and evening appointments which is great!

A goodie I can review my Dentist! 1st off, the lobby has a TV in it, I don't need it, but if your one of those that need to watch TV or your can't raise your kids so you let the TV do it for you there you go. There are only 8 seats in the lobby, and are in a 3, 3, 2 format, so if someone takes the middle seat of a 3 it really knocks out the rest of the 'bubble' for others to sit.
The receptionist have always been nice and pleasant. However they do make mistakes too, resulting in my girlfriend (I'm on her insurance) having to pay for her 1st 2 fillings, some $700. They did figure out the insurance issue, and now we have a credit, but we had to put the $700 on a credit card, and we aren't getting interest from the Dental office, like the CC company is getting from us.
I have had fillings replaced, I know they get old and need to be refilled, and this place makes most of their money on doing that to ALL your fillings, including the filling I got 4 years ago from the VA when I got out of the army. Fillings take 10 years to go bad, not 4, so yes I'm suspicious. I keep getting told to make more appointments for fillings, but don't get told on which teeth they are working, or why or are they replacing or putting in new fillings.
In part it is my fault, and normally I'm jumping down health care providers neck with questions about what they are doing and why. Also I say I'm allergic to Novocaine, I don't think I really am, but the sickest I've ever got in my life started with 40cc's of the stuff and ended with black bile. So I tell them this from the get go, and they don't use needles, they use a Novocaine machine, so I don't know how much junk they pump into me, but it's too much. I'm 6'0 240 and 50mg of ibprophian knocks me out because I don't over medicate like most Americans. Overall, I'm just not conformable with their overall action, add in the fact that it takes 2 to 3 weeks for my fillings to feel healed, and I'm"m told that's 'normal' when I ask, but how if it's 'normal' have I never had this problem before with the some 10 drilling's I'm"ve had in my life. Overall, not recommended, much to the dismay of my family who love them for some reason.

I have not had to have anything major done here, but I am a fan. I know, I know. a fan of the dentist. but I am! REALLY! First, let's talk about the setting. The lobby is a relaxing sage with wainscot everywhere. I feel like I'm waiting for a massage at a high end spa instead of a cleaning. Every staff member there is happy and friendly. I've only been twice so far, six months apart, so I only feel so bad that I don't know everyone's names yet. but they're great.
The hygienist is first rate. Yes, she scolds me for not flossing enough. I know I know. (Actually, I HAVE been flossing more lately but I don't really credit the scolding.) Besides the scolding, she really is gentle and precise. I remember having a cleaning in Canton once and the hygienist kept stabbing me in the gums, which hurt, and then had the nerve to tell me I probably had advanced gum disease since my gums were bleeding so much. (If you prick me, will I not bleed? Bitch).
But not here. All gentle and full of love, well, as much love as you can give whilst scraping tartar from a person's teeth. The dentist is great. Okay, she's never done more than poke around my mouth for a few minutes 'cause I have the good teeth, but she's also never tried to push unnecessary cosmetic teeth stuff on me that other dentists have in the past. (They're called pearly whites for a reason, folks. NOT snowy whites!). Anyway, I do recommend Marlborough Dental. Your mouth will thank you for it.
