The staff is amazing, friendly, and always explain everything that's going on with my daughter to make sure I understand each step. The cleanliness is fantastic and there is little to none wait time every time we go. Highly recommend this office. Dr. Wendling and her team were great, from the front office to the back. Dr. Wendling was very thorough! Everyone was welcoming, friendly, helpful and most importantly patient. My youngest daughter fears the dentist and they did a wonderful job at making her feel comfortable.

The initial consultation was great. The orthodontist was very informative. Today we came to start the process. We saw a tech. she really didn't clean the chair after one client left & my grandson sat down. She cleaned it well when he got up. She didn't explain what she was doing. When we finally got to see a doctor, the same tech. was setting up a chair for my grandson with no gloves on. I don't even think who we spoke to was a doctor. Just someone in a white coat. I'm out $400. & have to start over somewhere else. Not going back.

Brought my niece here for a consultation the price was much higher then 2 other offices. The wait was long, but that's ok. One thing I didn't like was the treatment coordinator talked about another office saying they charge breakage fees but their office doesn't. When I looked over the paperwork it definitely showed fees for breakage. I liked the digital option of sending x-rays to the dentist right then and there. But there was no reason to pay $2,000 MORE then other offices.

Every single staff member was extremely warm, kind, and generous. I have 2 littles that I had to bring with me, 3 and 9 months, and everyone was astronomically patient and loving with them. My 3 year old is a high-energy, busy boy. They even have him Goldfish crackers, a couple little bottles of water, and made a BLANKET FORT for him in the exam room lol! Dr. Wendling loves children and you can tell it's important to her that her staff loves them too. She was very accommodating and explained everything well. I'm definitely choosing her for my orthodontic revision!

Everyone is so friendly! Dr. Wendling made sure I understood all that was done that day and made sure any questions I may have had were answered. Her staff at the front desk and throughout the office were very friendly. I was impressed with the education given to my son on how to care for his braces and what would happen over time if he did not take care of them. I highly recommend Dr. Wendling and her staff for any orthodontic needs.
