5 stars to the orthodontist, the biller, and the dental assistants. They are AMAZING, do AMAZING work, and are so incredibly friendly. Financing worked with my situation and made it possible for me to finally get invisalign, and for that I am so grateful. Honestly some of the best care I have received at a medical office. HOWEVER, the schedulers/ receptionists are at about 1 star right now in my opinion.

I want to start by saying I'm a scheduler at a clinic and I understand how many scheduling conlicts can come up and how things happen last minute. I try to be very understanding but after my last few situations, it's getting old. My very first appointment (after my virtual consultation) I took time off work and arrived at 7:15 am. The Receptionist had no idea I why I was there as they had no assistants.

I was not called or notified and had to reschedule. Fine, I get that things happen and there are a ton of patients. I get rescheduled and have my appointment. Fast forward to December to get my next set of trays, they call the afternoon before and say they are actually going to close and I need to reschedule. AGAIN. I reschedule (at which point I had to cancel because I got COVID) and was rescheduled.

I get a call (the day before my appointment) because they scheduled me at the wrong location and have to be rescheduled AGAIN. I only have three weeks of trays left with my appointment pushed out another week. So that has been FRUSTERATING to say the least. The communication is just not there.

Did my Invisalign refinement here and had an amazing experience. The assistants, especially Lana, are extraordinary friendly and talented.

This team has been really great, everyone from the front desk, to finance, dental assistants and dentist have been amazing to work with. I started off in invisiline last year but due to my inability to keep them in I transitioned to traditional braces this year. The staff have provided me with great customer service this entire time. When I lost my job last year due to COVID they post poned my payment plan until I was able to pay, they were extremely nice, understanding, and accommodating.

My appointments have always been on time and the one time I had to rush to pick up my son they worked fast and diligently to get me out quickly. I'm very happy with how my smile is turning out and want to thank everyone at this location for being such an amazing team.

The staff is amazing! They're all super friendly and courteous to their patients. Mckenzie is always smiling as she greets you when you enter the office and Renee is really helpful with any Ortho questions. Any questions about treatment or insurance, they can answer it! And Dr Merriman is always cheerful and explaining the treatment plan best suited for you!

In a day when it's difficult to find professional, outstanding customer service, hats off to Dr. Sundberg and his staff at Pacific Northwest Orthodontics! The staff always remembers my name and is friendly and efficient. Dr. Sundberg takes the time to explain any procedures and answer my questions. His assistants are top notch, friendly, and efficient. One of the best medical offices I've ever visited!

Some of the best care I've had for any service in my life. The doctor really cares about his craft and the genuine interest in it is shared by the assistants. They do a great job of sitting you down, talking to you, and really just making sure they provide the best service that they can. I use Invisalign and I've accidentally broken my permanent aligners, and when this happened they worked closely with me to get a new set without any problems at all. 5/5 would highly recommend.

Very clean and tidy office, free WiFi, good updated dental equipment and big monitors in the evaluation offices. It's nice to see the progress since they keep a great record of the kids inprovement over time. The providers are ok. They take time to answer questions and they are good with kids. The orthodontic dental assistants have a lot of knowledge, they're patient and super friendly.

The front staff meh. they always sound annoyed on the phone. Sometimes we've had to stand at the front desk for a couple minutes or more and there has been no eye contact, or a wave, or an 'I'll be with you shortly.' That to me is poor customer service. Overall I give them 4 stars because we are happy with the end result of our children teeth.

I just started on my Invisalign treatment and have been in for two appointments. I am more than happy to say that I know everybody's names and they all know mine! Dr. Sundberg was extremely personable and his strong leadership is reflected on his caring staff. The staff are also great at working with you on the cost and various options of your treatment. I would recommend anyone to this office!

I have had an amazing experience with Pacific Northwest Orthodontics, Dr. Sundberg and the rest of the team. Every one has contributed to making my experience one that is pleasant and stress free. They are all very professional, the facility is wonderfully clean, and I am always greeted with a welcoming smile. They have gone above and beyond with my treatment, helped me reach a beautiful smile for my wedding day and they continue to care for me to get me to the best smile possible. I highly recommend seeking out their services and have done so to close family and friends!
