Dr. Kerzner is always a welcoming and bright presence to be in! I'm usually not a fan of doing any kind dental work but Dr. Kerzner always chats me into a peaceful courageous state! Everyone there is super personable and friendly. Thank you for the many years of help!

The entire staff is very professional and friendly. They don't rush through the appointment. They take time to ensure you fully understand the treatment plan and the expectations they have for your participation in the care plan. I left the office fully confident I was in the best hands for my dental needs.

THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO GO TO THIS PLACE! I was 17 when I got my braces somewhere else, and after many years of subpar treatment, I decided to do my own research and find the best orthodontist the internet could offer. Dr. Kerzner and his team looked to be the best and boy was I right. You can just tell right off the bat that Dr. Kerzner actually cares about his patients' health and happiness which, ironically, is something many healthcare providers seem to lack in my experience.

I'm still flabbergasted that he devoted so much time to me despite me coming in with cold feet and not knowing what I wanted and how I wanted to proceed after having braces on for so long from somewhere else and not being happy. For any concerned parents: let me say your concern is not misplaced. Taking your child to a bad orthodontist for anything will have a life-long negative impact. Dr. Kerzner is the perfect orthodontist for your kiddo, no matter what he/she needs.

I know because he makes his patients feel so very comfortable and heard, and best of all, explains every single option you have, gives price points, and addresses any questions you have. He will respect any reservations you have to any procedures and still deliver amazing end results. Im writing this review after Dr. Kerzner took care of my unfinished procedure, and made it as cost effective as possible.

He not only finishes the job, but goes way above and beyond, which I'm assuming goes back to his passion for this field. I realize how enthusiastic this review sounds; it's because Im feeling exactly that right now leaving his office with braces-free, beautiful teeth!

I went to Dr. Kerzner for a consult. He was incredibly helpful--gave me an exam, answered all my questions, addressed specific concerns, and was a responsive, friendly person. The receptionists were lovely as well. I was seen in a timely fashion. I recommend him highly!

I as the parent of an Ortho patient have never had a problem with the staff. They have always been very helpful! I have noticed that the Ortho assistants can be rough and not very warm to their patients but dr. Kerzner is great, communicative, open-minded and patient!

I had never been to Dr. Kerzner before I came to him for orthodontic treatment last year. I was (and still am) extremely apprehensive about the process, and after 5 months I can say I am so glad that I chose Dr. Kerzner. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, he has a welcoming personality and makes the process pleasant. Furthermore, his staff is incredible.

I have been helped by several of his assistants, and I can't even speak to one because they are all so great. This includes front desk staff as well. In my opinion, this speaks volumes. I look forward to continuing my treatment at this facility because I know I'm in good hands.

So much attention to detail! We had gotten over 5 different consultations and not one made us feel as comfortable as Dr. Kerzner. Rather than just having to settle for what was easiest, we were given options and the ability to choose what we felt was the best option for our daughter. Highly recommend this extremely attentive, educated and compassionate doctor.

Dr. Kerzner took the time to time to explain things and talk to me over the phone in detail. He and his staff were able to get me in quickly and were extremely thorough in their exam. Everything is done with care, and with the whole patient in mind. Truly a patient centered approach!

Dr. Kerzner and his team are all extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr. Kerzner to anyone and I am lucky to have found such a great team. Every appointment is thorough and efficient. I feel comfortable and valued in their office, and scheduling future appointments is a smooth process. The office is clean and organized, and each assistant is attentive and caring toward each patient. I've enjoyed every experience with everyone at the office and I am extremely satisfied with the service I'm gotten. Thank you to Dr. Kerzner and everyone on his team!

What a great practice! We're in the process with our second teenager and every time I come here I'm impressed. Appointments run on time, people are friendly, everything is efficient, and people really seem to like what they do. Also, about 5 years ago we went to several orthodontists and most said we should start treatment. Dr. Kerzner said "You could start now, but if I were you, I'd come back in a year. You'll save money and hassle and worst case, the future treatment might last a few more months." Bottom line, we're really glad we picked this practice.

Exceptional group, exceptional service. Very kind. Took care of an orthodontist emergency and made sure I was very taken care of!

I had braces as a teenager in another city and got permanent retainers put in. When I was living in the Chicago area, my upper retainer broke off. I had no idea what to do and asked my dentist, who recommended Dr. Kerzner. Dr. Kerzner was friendly, knowledgeable, and careful. He took his time cementing my broken retainer back on, explaining exactly what he was doing and why, and didn't stop until the job was perfect.

His staff are really great too. The retainer tends to break again every couple years (not his fault.it's just how my bite is), and he never charges me more than $40-50 to fix it. Awesome guy.

The best! I was a patient of Dr. Kerzner's many years ago, starting with his predecessor Dr. Swoiskin. I had my braces removed when I was 14, and I'm now 30. and my teeth are still perfect. Of course, I still wear my (original!) retainers every night;) BTW I started with quite a mess - needed headgear to correct an overbite, and lots of correction for gaps as well as a tiny jaw (had four permanent premolars removed to make room).

But the bit of extra space ended up allowing my wisdom teeth to come in without any problems. three are totally in and I'm just waiting for the last to emerge. Dr. Kerzner was always very attentive and caring, as well as the rest of his staff. I'm now looking for an orthodontist for adult braces for my boyfriend, and was doing some research, and was surprised to see Dr. Kerzner did not yet have any reviews. He deserves the best of accolades! Thanks, doctor, for giving me a beautiful, lifelong smile!

Beautiful office. State of the art facility but you have the feeling that you are definitely paying for it. The Dr does great work. I am overall very pleased with my experience thus far.
