I had a broken back molar. I called Bonham Dental Arts who was recommended by a friend. The front desk staff was very clear and on point with their price quote. They immediately scheduled me for an appointment. It has now been 2 months since I've had my crown. 6/28/22. Patience and persistence paid off. The first week was great, no pain. Unfortunately I started having pain about a week after the crown was put on.

I went back and Dr Bonham cleaned out a bit of the cement. I called back and they explained that the pressure from the crown could cause it. I treated the pain with salt water and raw onion. Finally I called back and spoke to Dr Bonham personally. He was very patient, listened to me, and understood my frustration since I had never had pain in that tooth for 50 years.

He said he would work with me to fix it. He got me in before my vacation, took another X-ray and explained that if I was not chewing on the fulcrum of the crown, I would have pain. He did more tests on my bite and reshaped the crown. It took another 2 weeks and now the pain is gone. Thank you for your patience, explanations and understanding, Dr Bonham!

They have an on site lab. So I got the crown the same day. Alyssa explained everything that was going to happen. Dr Bonham also explained the procedure as he was doing it. He was very relaxed and answered all my questions. I was able to see my tooth being made on the computer. Alyssa had this wand that took pictures of my tooth and then she created the tooth as it was before. She was amazing. Then it was molded in porcelain, baked and put in my mouth. Thank you to everyone for your expertise and helpfulness.

Very disappointed with this entire experience. First off it was extremely off putting to be in a medical facility that was completely adorned in religious material. This was definitely a first for me. It was over the top and quite creepy. Now in hindsight I wish I would've turned around and walked right back out the door. Unfortunately, I was in so much pain that I disregarded my initial instinct to leave and stayed as I needed to get a crown put in.

I'd just had a root canal done (elsewhere). Long story short they messed up my crown and I'm still having issues with it. They had ridiculously inflated prices here. I paid 5x more for a crown here than I paid for the root canal at another facilty. That's absurd! They also promised to bill my insurance but they messed that up. It was delayed months and I still am disputing that as they did not file it correctly.

I would not use this facilty again. Matter of fact I have to pay to fix to go elsewhere to fix their botched job but I refuse to go back (not that they offered and I'm sure they'd just hit me up for more $$ anyway to fix their mistake. Very disappointed! Don't believe all the 5 star reviews. I did and that was why I selected them but I'm regretting that now.

Great experience; I felt valued as a customer, and further I felt more like a friend of the Bonham dental family. They've taken care of our dental needs since 2007, and they're not just 'one of the best', they ARE 'the best'!

DR. VILSON MERKAJ Is a wonderful Doctor. I just switched to Dr. Bonham's practice after many years at my previous dentist. I had to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Merkaj was very professional, caring, answered all my questions and had me feeling at ease. He also has a gentile touch. I really appreciate Dr. Merkaj and the staff. Dr. Jake and the awesome staff were available to take care of my emergency dental needs on a late Friday afternoon. The professional care and the alleviation of pain was most appreciated. Highly recommend this caring dental practice.

You know I never thought I'd be making review about going to the dentist because I have really bad nerves and high anxiety about going every time but these guys did such an amazing job of making me feel comfortable welcome and calm the entire time and I have a long way to go in my journey to get my teeth back in order but I will keep going here because of how amazing the staff is top notch

I was fairly new to the area and needed a dentist. My wife met a friend who recommended Bonham. I needed to finish a dental procedure quickly. I told them and they got me in 2 days. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and accommodating. The dentist explained everything that will be being down. They will try to get everything finished as soon as they can. I will recommend them to anyone who would ask me if I know a great dentist, Thank you all.

I have been going to Boham Dental for 20+ yrs. now. Both Dr. Chris and Dr. Carey have helped me keep myself healthy. The office and people are so welcoming. They really make you feel at home. My dental hygentist is Cindy and I feel like she is a daughter to me. She is very professional and so easy to talk to. The equipment they use is very up-to-date and the chairs are so comfortable. I can't say enough great things about this dental office--it is just a high quality place in every way! The appointments are made with such care that I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. Dr. Carey is such a gentle, calm, experienced dentist. The equipment is state of the art. I had veneers put on most of my teeth 11 years ago--they were perfect looking and perfectly applied!

I chipped one years later while I was away, and had to have another dentist replace it. It took 4 visits & 3 weeks to finally get that permanent veneer put on. At Bonham, that would have taken less than an hour. Everything is done on site, so there is no need for "temp" teeth. Recently I needed 2 crowns, After they were cemented & I went home, I realized they looked too dark in color compared to my other teeth.

I called the office & they offered to replace them the next week at no charge. They were so gracious in fitting me in to the already busy schedule, and they had the crowns already made on site when I arrived. I was done in less than an hour, and the color & fit were perfect! I will be getting all my future dental work done at Bonham!

If I could give the Dr. Bonhams (there are 3 of them) 10 stars, I would. I have been a patient here for more than 20 years. Everyone in the office is welcoming and kind. My hygienist, Jill is amazing. She helps keep my pearly whites just that. pearly and white. Plus my appointments are like "lunch with ladies". We have fun. I have had some major dental work done in the office and have never felt nervous about any of it.

The staff are always very comforting and the office feels like a spa. It is really a great place. When anyone ever asks me who I go to. I say with great enthusiasm: Bonham Dental Arts! Years ago I was so happy to hear the Dr. Carey was joining. This is years ago. In case Dr. Chris retired, I needed a back up. So happy I have one, but Dr. Chris is still hanging out and seeing patients! YaY! They really treat you like family and are kind and patient. I highly recommend their team for your dental needs!

Saw Jennifer for a dental cleaning. She's the best. Professional caring and sensitive to seeing that your comfortable with the procedures. I always ask for her specifically because I know I will be happy with the results.

I just had my second visit with Bonham since they took over Dr. Lilo's practice. It is little too soon to determine but I have been seeing Jennifer there every three months, for several years, and have total trust in her. She knows my dental needs and worked with me accordingly. I loved D to. Lilo, but everyone deserves retirement. I will continue with Bonham as long as Jenifer is there and they do not start pushing procedures that, considering my age, are not necessary. The only I only wish they accepted my insurance.

Great staff and very professional. Not crazy about some staff members not getting the COVID-19 shots. The music has got to go. Classic rock would be my choice not Jesus radio. All the work I've had done there is top shelf. Thank you.

5 stars to Bonham! Exceptional care by Jill who was my hygienist. Dr Amanda was very easy to chat with and explained everything thoroughly. Felt like I had the highest level of cleaning and care. I do not have insurance so I was a little nervous to go in after a few years without dental care. My first visit and follow up care we're explained to me and broken up in a way that I could afford.

Thank you to Jenn W in the check out/billing for the referral to Bonham, you guys sure make going to the dentist a breeze! Facility was taking covid precautions and very clean. Thanks!

Boy, these guys are just the best, male & female pros. The docs are knowledgeable, professional & kind. They know what they're doing & do it well. Never late, always gentle & caring. The trust factor is so essential, I know if there was ever an emergency, they'd be there. They've also got the machine that makes your crown same visit, no temporary & return hassle, yay!

The office staff is delightful, beautiful environment, beachy look. Jenn will help w/insurance, after sipping your free coffee as you wait for family mbr while reading great books. They're right across the street from our church, First Baptist Indian Rocks, easy to find. :D

Easily the best dentist I have ever had. I have moved around over the years. This place is. On Time. oh yeah that's right never have to wait for MY appointment. The hygienists, assistants, front office staff and doctors are the best and caring. They are top notch with their technology, very aesthetically pleasing environment and super clean! A shout out to Jill and Cindy. best hygienists ever! Katie the assistant and Dr Carey for always doing a great job on my mouth! Don't forget about Jenn who is the bomb at check out!

This practice was recommended by a family member who raved about it. So when I had trouble with a tooth recently I went to see Dr. Chris. I must say so far I am very impressed. What I found most impressive is they really seem to take pride in helping people and are very conservative in their recommendations and approach to treatment. I never got the impression I was being talked into something I didn't need which I can't say is true of several other practitioners I've used in my life.

I also like the fact that I've never been made to wait and the entire staff seems to works very well with each other. I can honestly say I no longer dread going to the dentist's office. I also like that they seem to be able to do a wide range of dental procedures in-house from crowns, root canals, veneers, straightening, dentures and implants as well as preventative and routine care. You won't be disappointed.

The staff was friendly and eased my fears. I'm smiling foe the first time on 20 plus years.

This is easily the best dentist I have had the pleasure of visiting. That's right I said pleasure! Bonham Dental Arts was recommended by our family doctor and I could see why right from my first visit. The waiting area and every room looks brand new and welcoming. They are upfront about billing as well (patient pays day of service, then insurance reimburses after).

My young daughter just started visiting the dentist and she loves coming here. Jill always makes her so happy and asks her about what is going on in her life while completing her cleaning. Dr. Carey always comes in and right away identifies with her by talking to her about whatever cartoon is on the in-room television. After our last visit, Jill even sent my daughter a thank you note in the mail letting her know it made her day to see my daughter's smiling face.

My daughter was beaming from ear to ear when the note arrived and she still has it perfectly placed right where she can see it in her room. We are definitely patients for life.

Well, my Uncle is a dentist, 38years with him. We just recently moved to the area, and got a recommendation for this joint. Let me say, first class place.

Hands down best dentist and hygienist ever. The office is well equipped with cutting edge tech. Dr Chris did caps and crowns on my front teeth almost 10 years ago and the work is fantastic. This is the Rolls Royce of dental clinics.

Love this place! I'm a newcomer to Florida and the area and am SO happy Bonham Dental was recommended to me. I have been here a few times and not once have I had to wait. I have literally never been to a doctor's office of any kind without having to wait for at least a little bit (usually longer). I just think this is fabulous. Super prompt and on schedule each time. I've seen Jessie each time and she is just wonderful. She's extremely nice, funny, personable, and good at what she does.

This place has massaging chairs and mini tvs while you get your teeth cleaned too. Come on! Getting kicked off insurance and will STILL come here and pay out of pocket. I think that says something.
