Very happy with my experience at Seda Dental Jupiter. Yanet is always very professional. She puts you at ease immediately with her kind words and calming manor.

The staff at seda dental are more than professional. They seem to love what they do. What they do is done with skill and focus. Kudos to Dr Hassan and her amazing team. I am actually looking forward to my next appt.

I am so impressed! Amazing staff. Everyone is so welcoming, and so easy to talk to. I went in today with a major problems with my teeth. I have a major issue and a lot of work needs to be done. Dr. Mauricio Antezana And his staff is so caring, listened carefully what I had gone through! Staff was most accommodating as they work with me patiently with my major problems that I had to go in today.

I highly recommended this Place. I'm looking forward to our long journey ahead. with work that needed to be done in months coming. I felt good and relieved when I left that place knowing there are still good people out there not to just to get your money. people you can trust, and rely on to help you truly. I was so upset and scared today I even had One of the lovely ladies trying confirm me, helping me calm down, and letting me know that everything's gonna be OK. I am absolutely impressed., and so grateful that I found this place.

I haven't provided a recommendation for any business for years because I'm just to busy to write out a thoughtful comment. But, both the Dental Hygienist, Yanet and the Dentist, DDS Antezana, have gifted hands. I have been to many dentist office as we moved around the US for work. These two deliver care beyond my expectations and better than any other office I have visited. They are awesome. They are well trained, smart, caring, listen to your questions and answer appropriately. You owe it to yourself to enjoy truly great dental care.

My experience with Jupiter Seda's Prosthodontist, Dr Engy Hassan, was wonderful. She explained my situation to me thoroughly without pressuring me to make any decision and was attentive to the immediate need for my reasons for seeing her. The office staff and dental assistants were also very pleasant. My only complaint is the volume and choice of music in the waiting area.

Even though a visit to the dentist is a little apprehensive I love the staff. They are professional, caring and very dedicated to excellence. I know they do the right thing and always offer suggestions for better home dental care. Yanet the hygienist is wonderful. Very thorough and kind.

Yanet is the most painless, efficient and thorough dental hygienist I have ever experienced. X-rays and cleaning was excellent. And a kind, professional attitude! And I am 63, so that is I high praise!

I hate going to dental visits due to bad experience I had before but Seda dental made the visit worth coming back. Janet did a great job on deep cleaning my teeth, she's very pleasant and gentle. The staffs are great and very professional, i was given an appointment schedule on the busiest time of the year.

The staff is all very friendly and professional, Dr. Antezana constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable during my root canal, I've been searching for a primary dental office and have been to 4-5 different offices and never been satisfied until now.

Our family has been going to seda in Jupiter for the past four years and they always do an excellent job with routine cleaning and annual examination and diagnostics. Im very happy to be under their care.

Just moved to the area and of course had to find a dentist right way because of some discomfort I was having. I researched on Nextdoor app and decided on Seda Dental Here in Palm Beach Gardens based on reviews I was seeing. I had my fist visit today and I Couldn't be more pleased with my decision. Loved the staff and I felt like Dr. Hassan listen To me and we are working on getting things Back to normal. Dr. Hassan also gave me some help with a question I had about my daughter.

After several appointments with other Dentists, Dr. Hassan listened to my needs and gave me a fix I can afford and I can be happy with. She did not want to reinvent the wheel, she worked with what I had for an immediate fix, and gave me a treatment plan I can afford! Each and every one of the staff are awesome. Kind, real and friendly. The office showed me compassion. the world needs more of that. I'm a patient for life

I have been to Seda on and off for a few years. My experience yesterday was about the worst I have ever had. The hygienist was EXTREMELY rough and I know that my teeth were in decent shape. She rushed through the entire cleaning and it felt more like a hibachi chef working their way through my mouth than a dental office. When I got home I was still bleeding from my gums.

I have never had that. And the hygienist was very proud to tell me that she had "30 years of experience". Well.what was she working on? I highly doubt patients would put up with that for the past 30 years. I am very much considering changing dental offices after this latest experience.

Wonderful! I really like Dr. Wang. He is patient, very professional and he does what's best for the patient. In the past I had an oral surgery to correct my TMJ. It didn't work so I have problems with my mouth. Dr. Wang understood my difficulties and worked around it. I didn't feel any pain and he did the work very professionally and fast keeping in mind that I couldn't keep my mouth open for too long.

He is the ONLY dentist that I go that I am calm and leave calm and not in pain. I drive 01 hour each way to go to the Jupiter office but Dr. Wang is worth it. His staff is really nice too. I wish I had found Dr. Wang many years ago. Thank you Dr. Wang for your care! Leila

Great service, but bait and switch billing! I went in to have a crown re-cemented and they sold me a new crown that would fit better saying the old one didn't fit very well. With insurance for $600 I begrudgingly agreed. The service and crown was great. However, SEDA charged me again for the follow-up seating which was not agreed upon. It was supposed to be included in the original amount that I paid.

The insurance approved the work, but wouldn't pay since the work was completed within a 5 year period just as I mentioned to SEDA before the procedure. Now that insurance won't pay, SEDA is billing me even though I told them it would not be covered. They told me not to worry, well I am worrying now. After talking to Carlos in billing he essentially was rude and told me it was too bad I had to pay. I was planning on making this my new Dentist office. Why would I want to do that now?

Absolutely love this dental office! From the moment I called, Ashly answered the phone and immediately made me feel I could trust this place. She made sure to recommend the best. My hygienist Jully was so thorough with my cleaning, it feels so good to feel my teeth, considering I have braces. Then Dr. Butenko (I hope that's how to spell it) came in to check a sensitive tooth after my cleaning.

She was very clear in explaining what was going on in my mouth & the best route to go about taking care of my dental needs. Then Fernanda checked me out and was so bubbly and friendly, it was like a dessert at the end. Everyone was super personable. This office really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I hate the dentist, but this place has made it so easy!

Ive been a patient of Dr Wang for over a year mow. Painless extractionsand a wonderful staff out front. Today i had my first of two implants.totally painless! I love the pompano office! Fernanda and Ashly are super polite and very knowledgeable! I referred my aunt and they even address her as auntie and she love it! Love this office and failed to mention that it's super clean!

Absolutely horrible. They create expensive services (I.e., deep cleaning) that are not necessary and deliver inferior treatment. Incredibly rude Office Manager just hung up on me when I questioned a bill I received. I was never told that a portion of the X-rays would not be covered by insurance and I also explained to her that the X-rays are of such poor quality that they need to be completely redone at a new dentist.

Rather than solve the problem she said "Ma'am, you can continue to argue all you want. The fact is you owe a balance and even if a mistake was made and you weren't told about the charge, you still owe it. Have a nice day." And she hung up the phone. Wow. DO NOT GO HERE.

We love Seda Dental. Dr. Butenko and staff are amazing. We can always get an appointment when we need one, they are honest and know what they are doing. It's hard to find an office as at tentative as they are in South Florida. Definitely the place to go to if you live in a South Florida. We have lived here for 14 years and it took us 10 to find them. and we are not leaving.

I love the staff at Seda dental. They are all so friendly. After recommitting to my treatment plan, I feel the new staff listens and hears my concerns. Everyone has been very helpful.

I am a new patient to Seda Dental in the Pompano Beach location. The dentist, periodontist & office personnel are thorough, helpful and courteous. The office is very nice, clean, in a great location and did I say everyone at Seda Pompano are GREAT!?

Came here for an emergency procedure and the entire staff was excellent and very informative. They saw me right away and got the procedure done. Pain gone immediately thanks to Dr Hill! Also the front desk Fernanda and Ashley were a DREAM to deal with! Highly recommend and made my primary dentist! A++!

Update on my previous review with pics. I am finally going to Costa Rica to repair the wrong Dr Wang did for 1/3 of the cost. Stay away from Dr Wang, he will steal your identity and not take accountability for it. Now let's see if they will release my records to give to my new dentist.

I go to Seda Dental for dentist Hanna. She is wonderful and very talented, skilled dentist. She matched an existing veneer with a new veneer perfectly giving me a big improvement in my smile and she has filled cavities for me and really takes her time and does a thorough job. If you go to Seda in Pompano ask for her!

I have finally been able to write this after two years of embarrassment, anguish, pain, and suffering that Dr. Wang inflicted on me. I am finally going to do what I should to help other people not become a victim of doctors that do not take accountability for their mistakes. Dr. Wang took away my identity by pulling two perfectly healthy teeth. We agreed on pulling two teeth and he pulled four teeth.

He did not take accountability for this and offered only to give me a bridge for the two front teeth he pulled by mistake. (I even had a contract signed stating only two teeth being pulled). Nothing is more horrifying than coming home and finding you had teeth pulled that you did not know were being pulled. This is anyones nightmare! Not only did Dr Wang not take accountability he also would not allow me to have my records so that I could give them to another doctor that was going to remedy the problem at very little cost. Dr. Wang offering me a bridge instead of implants for my two front teeth he pulled was like a slap in the face to my already horrifying experience.

I am finally reporting him, but i still have no recourse for the multi-thousands of dollars it will now cost to replace four teeth instead of two. Also, to include years of anguish and the violation one feels from this kind of abuse. Beware of doctors like this and be sure to say something so that he cannot keep practicing his violation on others.

I wish I had done this sooner because someone else may have become a victim to this man as well in the meantime. Stay away from Dr. Wang and his inability for accountability and empathy.
