I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! Customer service and returns are horrid. I couldn't even talk and explain the circumstances and I was being made "an exception" to the return policy and it turns out that was a lie. So the $98 spent on my order will be pilfered down to nothing once the return department decides if the product never used and returned is eligible for a refund. What a ripoff! I didn't want the exchange because that was a ripoff and lengthy process too!

I phoned to ask a question regarding contents of a product and encountered the rudest technician. He stated he was an orthodontist and proceeded to state what I was saying was stupid and hung up on me. I only wanted to know different types of arch wires and the components. Wow, so much for customer service. Horrible person.
