I really like this place! I have a pretty good amount of anxiety going to the dentist and they alway are so great with me and my whole family. The kids have been going since they were pretty small and they were great with them since then.

Strike 1= They are not straightforward with billing. They told me what I wanted to hear. I had a consultation visit that turned into a procedural visit. Before the procedure, I double-checked with them about how the billing would work and my insurance coverage. Multiple employees and the doctor assured me that I was covered and that they would bill my insurance.

A month later, I received a lab bill. Calling Auburn Dental was not helpful. They said that this was not a bill from them but a third-party lab they use. Strike 2= They never called me about my lab results. A month later, after receiving a bill, I called them and left two different messages. They did not call me back. On my third attempt, I spoke with someone, and they nearly insisted that I come in for a follow-up apt.

I pleaded with them to just get a call back from the doctor. About a week later, the doctor called and said everything was fine, and I did not need a follow-up unless I wanted to come in.

Best hygienist I've ever had! Mary is amazing and doesn't thrash you if you've miss a flossing here or there.

Mary and Dr. Dan are awesome. I have never had the positive confidence of any dental experience until I started going to auburn dental aesthetics. They genuinely care for your comfort and the overall repair and treatment plan to get the teeth back to normal and maintain. The offices are always comfortable and peaceful. This was my first experience at the dentist with anything other than basic cleaning.everyone is so afraid of the dentist and I have no idea why lol! The staff here is so friendly. Dr. Dan Gustavson and all of the staff here are 1st rate across the board! My kids love coming and even with cavities and other dental woes are never apprehensive. Very comfortable waiting room with coffee (ceramic mugs) and the latest and greatest dental technology make this office the best in the area!
