I am so comfortable coming to Dr. Johnson's office. My hygienist, Debbie, is wonderful and Dr Johnson Is excellent. I've never felt discomfort during any procedure. They're all great!

Dr Johnson's office is one of the very best! The staff is amazing and the service is top notch with all the updated dental technology & equipment not to mention Dr Johnson's skill. Ive had many procedures since coming here and don't dread going to the dentist anymore like I used to.

All the office staff are friendly, professional and very pleasant to interact with. I have been with both Beth and Jen and they're excellent! They know how to make you feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. I referred my friend and her family as well and they are beyond pleased with Dr. Johnson and the whole team. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Gary Johnson DDS Family/Staff is amazing! They are professional, kind, and very welcoming to myself and family. I starting going here because my previous dentist office was the opposite of this experience. I plan on going here for many years to come .

We know everyone likes to go to the dentist. Dr Johnson and his staff are the most professional and caring health providers I believe there is around our North State.

At 52, with at least a dozen other dentists behind me, the best first visit ever! I have some work to be done and will update this review as I move forward.

Dr. Johnson and his whole staff are so professional and so nice to interact with. From check in to walk out, I find myself smiling (with a better smile)! I feel blessed to have been referred to them.

Having a major fear of dentists and all things dentistry I chose this office after reading a lot of reviews. I knew I would need some work due to the (extreme) neglect which made my fears even more intense. Now, after two root canals, three cavities filled, and one cleaning, I am confident I made the right choice. The front desk was professional, compassionate, and understanding in spite of all my issues.

They made sure I had all the comfort, encouragement, and assistance I needed which went a long way to ease my fears. Dr. Johnson was kind, my dental work itself turned out great, and the hygienist was spectacular. I am so grateful that this experience has helped me get into a normal and healthy routine of dental care. Plus they have snacks & drinks in the waiting room which was a bonus! Highly recommended.

I always enjoy each visit, everyone in the office is excellent at providing dental care. Their dedication to us as clients is second to none. I am fortunate to have Dr. Johnson and his team of experts as part of my approach to healthy living.

Its the people that make this office such a great place to go to for your dental needs. Sure they have all the latest Tech, Digital x-rays, 3D scanner instead of that gooey dental impression stuff and can even make and set your crown all on one visit. I love watching the little milling machine make the crown! But it really comes down to the people in the office, all are kind, caring, customer focused and try to find solutions that will work for you. They were amazing with my 97 year old father. I can't say enough good things about Dr Johnson and his staff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone young or old.

Great office with really friendly staff that my kids think are amazing. My kids always love going to the dentist. Plus they have fresh baked cookies and drinks for you after.

Don't try to dispute shoddy dental work here! they just turn you over to the collections without so much as a consideration for fixing the tooth! I talked to the billing person about this over and over never got any repair offering. Just referred to the collection bureau. Most people do a job right but when they butcher it like they did here they fix it NOT THE CASE FOR OLD DOC JOHNSON THOUGH!

The one on the right is a prior damaged tooth that has a filling over the front to cover the split the left one is the NEW ONE! Notice they matched my NEW TOOTH with the filling not my teeth.who does that?! This event cost me $500 for this garbage! I wanted to make this a 0 star. So then i just got a message about my issues being aired on here!can you believe that!instead of calling they make MORE threats! PUT IT OUT THERE! you are a disreputable company and I am in doubt that this was even answered by the Dentist himself probably Shelly again with the threats.

The team at Dr. Johnson's were all so kind and knowledgeable, which helped put me at ease. Highly recommend them!

First visit to Dr Johnson and we were impressed. Polite, friendly and professional. Explained everything they were doing and so patient with my daughter. I would highly recommend.

Gary Johnson and associates are by far the best dental place I've been to. Up front, honest and very compassionate. I've had almost all hygienists that work there, and every one provides amazing service. I feel great after leaving there facility everytime. Thanks again for your practice. I love going to Gary Johnson's office! You walk in the door and they call you by name and have lovely refreshments and goodies for you. I have never waited in the lobby more than a few minutes and everyone there is SO nice. If you are trying to find a new dentist's office i would definitely recommend this one!

I called this wonderful office and the lady who answered was so kind. I was in a lot of pain, and scared. She was able to get me in just two hours later. The dentist himself was very nice. His hygentist was professional, and made me feel at ease. Absolutely recommend this place. I never will forget their kindness. Front desk ladies were phenomenal.

I have been a patient of Dr. Johnson for the past few years, ever since my prior dentist retired. I couldn't be happier with the staff or my treatments. I have had several cleanings and his hygienists are incredible. I had a crown put on earlier this year.what a painless, excellent experience compared to ones other dentists have done. I couldn't even tell I had it the next day! And during this time of Covid concerns, they practice incredible hygiene and care. I truly recommend him and his office staff.

I have to begin my review by acknowledging that I've only been seen twice at Dr. Johnson's office. But wow, I am impressed! I had a crown and a couple of fIllings done this morning, and it was a fantastic experience! He took the time to and answer all of my questions in a way that I could in understand. I haven't needed any Ibuprofen or anything else.

Every staff member I have encountered has been polite, professional, and welcoming. A couple of weeks ago I had an intake and cleaning, and I could not be happier with my experiences! I would DEFINITELY recommend this office to anyone! In fact, I am actually looking forward to my next appointment!

Best dentist in the area. Doctor Johnson is knowledgeable and explains each procedure beforehand. I truly feel that he does what's best for his patients and would never recommend any unnecessary procedures as I've experienced at other dentists. He also takes the time to make sure patients are comfortable. The hygienists and office staff are equally amazing. Billing is quick and have never had any issues. I've recommended to several coworkers and all have had good experiences.

I've not had any work done here yet, but after my first appointment here I just had to leave a review. Everyone here is super nice and accommodating. They have a genuine care for their people and it seems they just exude joy as they go about their work. Really refreshing! Will update once I've had actual work done, but I've got confidence they'll be great at that too!

I had my first visit today and was so pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of all the employees. Also while treating me explained everything thoroughly and instructed me also. Debbie was so good. Thank you all.

I've known Dr. Johnson for years and trust him exclusively as the best Chico dentist. He takes his time and educates patients, he helped me understand the importance of dental implants and wisdom teeth extration.
