Dr. Brock A Van Gordon

I'm a newer patient at Dr. Van Gordon's practice and I have to say I'm SO happy I made the switch in 2020. Theresa is my hygienist and she is so friendly and thorough with my cleaning and care. She puts me at ease and honestly I feel like I could fall asleep I'm so relaxed. I see Dr. Rice and again she has been so great, as is all the staff I've interacted with there.

I had such glowing reviews that my husband has also officially made the switch to see them. I highly recommend them and no longer feel anxious when I have an appointment on the calendar.

Doc Brock and his staff have always done exceptional work. Dental Hygienist Theresa, is hands down the best hygienist you could ever hope for. My insurance switched to Kaiser for a while, and I couldn't get back to Dr. Brock's office fast enough! I will never leave again!

Theresa is an amazing dental hygienist I've been going to for over 15 years. She truly loves her job and it shows during your visit. Angela at the front desk was very fast and friendly with checking me in and payment at the end of the appointment. The best dental practice I've ever encountered. Dr. Van Gordon and Dr. Rice are both excellent technicians and are caring and engaging. The technology at this office is impressive - they can even make crowns onsite. The practice seems well-run; the office staff is happy, remembers my name, and answers my questions immediately. Plus, I believe that this practice prices fairly. I am completely delighted!

The first call back to schedule this because I said my tooth hurt advised me that I needed to be seen because "obviously" changed since my last visit. This is untrue. I complained about this tooth during my last visit. Then to start the visit my hygienist never even told me her name. My first experience with her started off feeling like she didn't even want me in the office.

I honestly felt like a burden. I had to ask her name before I learned it. This was the coldest visit to a dentist I have had in awhile and I am surprised. The entire visit I felt as though Dr. Rice doubted what my concern was and kept using the "if this is happening" statement. Pretty disappointed that I felt this way after such a great first visit with a different Dentist in the office

You just can't go wrong at this Dental Office! Dr. Van Gordon is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and honest. It is clear he runs his practice with great ethics and professionalism. If he is not the best dentist to perform dental work, he can refer you to the ideal person for the job as he did with me He continually strives to develop his practice and supports many people with sleep issues as well as routine dentistry. Incredible experience & a top-notch, highly professional team! I've worked in the dental industry for a long time and I have very high standards for my dental care. Today was my first visit and I was really impressed with the team and level of care I received. Kori, Theresa, and Dr. Rice were fantastic. I've been going to Dr. Van Gordon for over 20 years and have always been pleased with the work he's done and his caring and professional staff. The Hygienists are wonderful! I recently had an appointment with Dr. Jessica Rice and she was great too, no pain. I've always been comfortable here and I can't say that about other dentists I had been to.

I found this office during a crisis with a tooth when my other dentist cancelled on me. They got me in same day and their existing 5 star rating made me feel comfortable about coming in. I had an exam this day and a root canal the next day. Everything went well, including little pain and great manner of every person I encountered including Dr. Van Gordon and Dr. Rice. I'm changing my primary dentist to here. Big thanks for getting me taken care of so quickly and smoothly!

Excellent professional service! Great friendly atmosphere! My visit was just for a crown, but found out during the visit that a root canal was necessary. They were able to arrange with an endodontist so my dental issue was resolved the same day. Dr. Van Gordon explained the process of his treatment and helped me decide on the best option. I highly recommend Dr. Brock Van Gordon practice.

Dr. Van Gordon & his staff have made it possible to actually look forward to hoing to the dentist. I have been to quite a few dentists in my time and Dr. Van Gordon is by far the best I have experienced. His staff is kind, considerate and accommodating. They are all very professional and skilled at their trade. With previous dentists, I have dealt with that discomfort as my tongue gets used to the new shape of my teeth after dental work, but not with Dr. Van Gordon. His skill and craftsmanship is excellent. Additionally, Dr. Van Gordon's practice has done an exceptional job dealing with my dental insurance.

Dr. Van Gordon, Dr. Rice, and all the staff at Van Gordon dentistry truly go above and beyond! We were welcomed with smiling, helpful faces as soon as we walked in! Cleanings and X-rays were very simple and well done. We did not feel rushed with our time with Dr. Rice. She took the time to explain all treatment options and then gave her (clearly unbiased) opinion on which would be best. Scheduling future appointments is easy with their long business hours!

In addition, we have had trouble with our insurance covering treatment, but all the staff at Van Gordon dentistry have been so helpful. They have submitted numerous additional documents that took them a lot of work. They are seriously on top of everything. You will not be disappointed with your choice to go here! We are customers for life!

Dr. Van Gordon and his entire staff are friendly, patient and extremely professional. I have seen Dr. Van Gordon for more than a year now and have had yearly cleanings and two crowns done. I have to say that while I appreciate a good dentist, I am no fan of going to them; but this crew makes it easy and dare I say enjoyable. My most recent crown was done in office with no temporary needed.now that's service! I really appreciate this office and I would recommend them to anyone needing a gentle, considerate hand to do dental work.
