Jarrell Orthodontics - Kevin T Jarrell

Three of my four girls (aged-12,9,8, 6) saw Dr. Jarrell and his staff. My oldest daughter has had multiple open heart surgeries-so naturally she's scared of every doctor and every nurse-including me-a ICU RN. She's nervous, even with simple appointments. Paige, Dr. Jarrell-I can't explain how amazing they ALL are. The office is fun, kid friendly and makes the environment feel cool and not so surgical/medical like.

We waited less than 5 minutes before x-rays were done, and maybe 10 for Dr. Jarrell. Most of all, the staff and Dr Jarrell were so incredibly gentle and sweet. The comprehensive X-rays and Dr. Jarrells explanations helped all my daughters (including myself) feel comfortable. His recommendation was thorough and I trust his treatment plan for my daughter.

His bubbly, friendly nature takes the anxiety and uncomfortableness of a usual "dental exams" away and replaces it with a positive memory for my girls and eases the tension for future appointments. When my oldest daughter left the appointment she was so incredibly happy and kept gushing about the staff and Dr. J. Don't walk-RUN into his office and get an appointment. You won't be disappointed by the experience, Dr. Jarrell or the wonderful, beautiful souls that make up the staff.

Highly impressed! Came in not knowing exactly what to expect. My son had to reschedule his first appointment & was able to get in rather quickly instead of waiting another few weeks or months like other offices, went in for his first appointment was in & out quickly everyone was super friendly & made sure we left with all questions answered! They even put his braces on right then & there instead of having to make more appointments

Dr Kevin and his staff are PHENOMENAL! My daughter was very nervous about her appointment. Paige and Dr Kevin answered all of our questions and reassured Hayleigh that everything was going to work out fine.

My girl just got her braces a couple weeks ago and I couldn't have picked a better place to go for her treatment. Everyone is extremely nice and caring. They made her feel so confident about her new smile. I'm very pleased with everything about Jarrell.

Jarrell Orthodontics was awesome! My daughter had so much fun during her visit she didn't want to leave! They are very interactive with the kids and create a fun environment! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Jarrell's. Both in Logansport and Kokomo. I didn't meet a staff member that wasn't polite, helpful, and kind. I would recommend this orthodontist and his team to anyone. I truly feel that if you have an awesome team your business will do great!

They were great with my 8 year old daughter. When I went back to the chair after they had put her braces on, she was all smiles. They were patient and kind to her. Also, as an added touch, gave her a bag of soft snacks to eat since her mouth would be sore. It made the experience much more personal and thoughtful ok their part. So far, I'm very happy with the service at Jarrell's Orthodontics.

Took our 2 sons (age 8 and 10) for their first Orthodontics appointment today. I don't think I could have imagined a better experience. From check in with covid protocols to note for school the process was great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, plus a great ability to communicate with kids.

Such a nice place! The staff is very polite and respectful. Jade especially was a great help With getting my daughter her braces and making her feel comfortable and explaining everything so well. We went in for her appointment for braces and got them on in the same day!

Dr. Kevin and staff are amazing. They have provided quality care to my son for a few years now. Dr. Kevin never pressured us to start a treatment plan, he let us decide when the time was right. My son was seen every 6 months for several years before we started his treatment plan. We were never charged for a visit until we started the treatment plan. Ashley did an amazing job putting his braces on and explaining in great detail how to care for them.

She was very kind and compassionate towards my son. The staff went above and beyond by gifting my daughter a few prizes and a shirt so she felt included. I would highly recommend using Dr. Kevin and his staff for any orthodontic needs.

Amazing client care. Great instructions on how to keep teeth clean. Very friendly. Provided plenty of information. Dr Jarrell and Jaime were awesome!

Dr. Kevin and his staff are wonderful! The first person we talked to was very helpful to show us where we were going and explained eveything she was doing and the why as well. The next person we spoke to was very knowledgeable and explained what was happening with my daughters mouth. Dr. Kevin came in and took time with us and explained the treatment plan clearly and I didnt feel rushed at all. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back if I need anything else. And I will be referring to Jarrell!

Welcomed us like family, showed us everything we needed to see. I took two kids at a time and they remembered who was who there was no mix up. Started out as a consult and we left with braces on one child and new appointments for both. Very informative and Kind. Would very much recommend them!

I travel from out of state to come see Dr. Kevin! Him and his staff are super friendly. Jaime and Ashley are so fun to work with and so nice, but you can't go wrong with any staff member. Dr. Kevin is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. I absolutely recommend them!

Today was the initial appointment for my 8 year old, son. He is usually very hesitant to try new things or experiences. He only balked at one thing and was completely fine with all of the pictures and X-rays that needed to be taken. This was absolutely due to the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and engaging. He clearly felt that as he was relaxed in this new experience.

I took my grandaughter in today for a consultation for braces. The entire staff was wonderful and Dr. Jarrell was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. Jade was was extremely nice and very helpful. LeAnne at the front desk was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Great atmosphere and great staff. I highly recommend Jerrell Orthodontics!

Overall great experience here. The office atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Scheduling was very easy and you get reminders via text.
