Staff are friendly. But aren't good been going for 3 weeks there now and have had nothing but problem so far and have only seen the actual dr once in the time I've been going Would not recommend coming here to get ur braces done.

I am beyond thankful for the staff & Dr Long himself! This took 2 long years, but it was worth it. I never had a issue the entire process. 10/10 recommend! I have attached the before & after pictures of my treatment.

We have had nothing but good experiences here from the girls at the front desk, to the assistants that help Dr. Long, to Dr. Long himself. I want to give a shout out to Jessica. She is an asset to this practice, and is more than helpful anytime we need anything. Thank you Jessie for always being helpful, and quick response time to questions, and always having my daughters best interest in mind.

Her patience and calm demeanor are so comforting in an unknown environment. The ladies all rememeber you and your children and call you by name, ask how certain things are going that were spoke about at previous appointments, etc. Thank you everyone here for being awesome, and so kind. : Happy we were referred here!

Great environment, clean, friendly, and comfortable. Son had braces for a year and now a retainer and have had no bad experiences. Love his results. Great service and good payment plans if needed.

One star is too much for this office. Initially the service was good during the contract signing phase; however, as time went on, the orthodontist couldn't seem to ever remember me or my case. The case manager, Shelly, is unprofessional and rude. There was a security breach that occurred which resulted in access to my personal files by an unauthorized third party as well as my bank account being compromised.

This office notified me via letter a month or so after it happened. When I brought it up to them in person, they simply dismissed me. I do not trust or recommend this office. Please be wary when making the decision to do business with them.

I'm happy reading these review because, even though I love my current doctor, they are too expensive for braces. I have an inflammed jaw and an overbite and they are just charging my mom about $600-800 dollars just for a bite guard. My doctor says he thinks this will help with the inflammtion in my jaw, but I'm worried that without getting braces, which they are charged my mom $4000 for my brothers braces who didn't even take care of them, that my overbite is still going to cause my jaw to become inflammed after its fixed.

So I would rather just get the braces, but again they are too expensive where I go right now and my mother is still paying for my brothers braces, who hasn't had them for a few years now. A friend of mine reccommended Dr. Long so I really hope to look into this is if I end up needing braces.

Dr. Long and his office staff are amazing! We are so thankful for the care they have given our children. I highly recommend them for your orthodontic needs.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Long and Dr. McCrea. We just completed my 13 year olds orthodontic treatment. From the receptionist, to the technicians, to the orthodontists, this practice is A+! Beautiful location on the creek (Elkhart), extremely clean, refreshments available in the waiting room, comfortable seating, and they always have a movie playing if you have impatient little ones I highly recommend! 10/10!

3 out of 5 people in my household has had braces from here. Staff is always nice, and courteous. They do well when an emergency appointment is needed.

I have had my braces here for a few years and it's been an amazing experience. The staff are great, and Dr Long and Dr McCrea have done a great job with my mouth.

Not all the technicians are good, they rushed through the patients like a factory. Sometime there is no doctor check their works. They never accept their mistake. I recommend all the parents stay firm and stand up for your perspective if you see sometime not right until the doctor re check their works. I have to took me daughter back 2 times to redo the mold for retainers.

The first girl name Peige make the retainer mold loose, the 2 second girl tall short hair not focus at all and can't keep the mold in place then still not get the mold after redo 2 times. They never accept it looses while I can push it up by 1 finger without using any force. They are very stubborn, they even feel the bottom and the top retainer's fitness are not the same and still said it fit. Make sure you call the doctor check the technician work.

I love the quality and time they took on my teeth! Never rushed them off they just want you to have the best looking teeth!

The staff is unbelievably kind and Dr Long is just the kindest man in dentistry I've ever met! He feels so trustworthy because of genuine engagement with you! Their financial plans are such a blessing!

This is a great full service orthodontist. They are great with the kids. Their lobby is great for waiting while waiting for your kiddos. If you have to bring along other children when you are waiting they have a gaming area to keep them occupied. Their lobby is warm and inviting. Dr. Long and his staff are great and always walk you through the whole process.

As a parent we've had 2 kids go thru braces here and I personally as an adult also. Very kind, clean, & professional. Great payment plans. 1 more kid to go!

Your rushed in and out like a factory line. We had to go back for 10+ times for mistakes they made which was the same day or next day everytime it happen. Went 8 months during one point where the teeth got worse. Didn't see dr. Long half the time. Had massive gaps at the end and they said they couldn't do anything for us. So we got the retainers and left it like that. But we had to replace the retainers cause they broke and weren't fitted right. So now we have sloppy retainers and the teeth gap more. Wouldn't recommend this place.

My family and I had never been here before. We were nervous and a little overwhelmed about the prospect of getting braces. Jessie and Dr. Long took the time to answer our many questions and made us feel welcome immediately. Now, my kids are eager to come back. Wow! Thank you!

They do a great job here and take good care of their patients. Beautiful, clean facility and friendly staff. 3 of my 4 kids have their orthodontic work done here and we couldn't be happier!
