Dr. Jong is terrific. I've had 2 root canals in the past year and both went very smoothly and were relatively painless. In fact, I almost feel asleep during both procedures. The team and office are well-organized and courteous. Highly recommend this practice.

I received A+ service from everyone at BCCR. Staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Technicians along with Dr. Ana Kim formed an A Team to analyze and perform the root canal. I left feeling 100% better.

The staff and the dentist were extremely well organized and friendly. While an afternoon of root canal is not anyone's idea of fun, I feel much better having had it. I would highly recommend this practice. I hope not to need another root canal but if I do need one, I will be a repeat customer.

Amazing office with the kindest staff. They got me in quickly and even pushed up my appointment to ensure my pain was handled quickly. Dr. Mischenko is the best. She explained the procedure so clearly and checked on me throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend this practice!

I want to thank publicly Dr. Mischenko that she saved me from pain and misery right on my birthday when I woke up with a bad toothache. Somehow she fit me into her schedule the same day and fixed the problem: very complicated case with a cyst that has been ripening up under my filling for about 5 years. I am not a good patient and I am not young, my blood pressure can go up, I can faint etc, but Dr. Mischenko is a miracle doctor indeed!

I felt so comfortable! and had no pain! She has this special ability to calm you down that you do not feel nervous at all. I heard about Dr. Mischenko from my friends and I am really happy that was treated by her, she saved my tooth! Besides - great office with modern high-tech equipment, very professional and polite staff. Highly recommend! Thank you, Dr. Mischenko and the team!

Let me start by saying, I have had severe dental trauma as a kid in the past. I literally start shaking, crying and panicking whenever I need to have anything more than a cleaning done. I was terrified when my Dentist told me I needed a root canal. Dr. Mishenko and her team are the most experienced, professional and kind dental professionals I've ever engaged with.

Not only was Dr. Mishekno incredibly patient, made sure I had enough medicine to be completely numb, but she explained to me everything she was doing so I knew what do expect. Additionally, the kindest Assistant on her team held my hands soothingly the entire procedure and it truly made all the difference to calm my anxiety. And! The Dr. did an excellent job.

I know it might be pricey if they don't accept your insurance, but let me just say I would pay out of pocket any day to receive the kind of care I did with this team. 10 million stars.

I cannot recommend Dr. Mischenko enough! She is amazing. I went to her for a root canal retreatment and it was a very positive experience. She's incredibly skilled at what she does and did a great job with my tooth. However her aftercare was really what set her apart. She called to check in shortly after the surgery and I had several follow up visits where she addressed my concerns and answered my questions.

She is professional and also kind. She is someone I trust to have my best interests at heart. She has a loyal patient in me and I would strongly recommend others to consider her as well.
