Always friendly with a relaxed attitude. I have a natural fear of dentists, but they listen and chat and help me to relax. They are also in network for my insurance, so my costs are always reasonable. Dr. Swain takes time to explain everything and answer questions.

I waited about 5 months to get an appointment and when I did I got my teeth looked at and then they told me I needed to come back in an hour and 10 minutes to get them cleaned. But that wasn't possible for me since I was going out of town. I understand being busy but I wished that they had given me some kind of heads up. So I have to switch dentists now. I also have had a very very hard time getting in contact with someone on the phone in the past. However Dr. Basu is very nice so nothing on her!

I have been coming to CDA for close to 20 years. I love this practice. The staff is amazing. Dr Esker is by far the best dentist ever! She very personable, caring and doesn't treat you "like a number". I highly recommend CDA, great practice!

I had an emergency about a broken tooth mid-afternoon on Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Asked for a temp fix if I could get in before they closed for the holiday weekend. They told me to come in ASAP that same day. Got there at 3:00 and they had me out by 4:00. Dr Brown and his staff took great care of me with a complete fix on the spot with fantastic looking results. No return needed.

As a person with MAJOR dental anxiety I was so nervous to switch to a new dentist. However I have been absolutely thrilled with the service, kindness and patience the whole staff has at your Vickery location! So much so, I just switched my whole family to your practice. Thank you!

To a person, everyone was so very nice, professional and engaged! I had a GREAT patient experience including the receptionist, X-Ray tech, dental assistant, especially Dr. Maya Basu, and post appointment check out. Outstanding in every respect!

Fantastic dentist. Everyone is super friendly and they are an extremely efficient office. My daughter gets her braces from them and we are thrilled with our experience.

Outstanding dental practice. All the staff are polite, friendly, courteous and professional, as well and the Hygienist who did a great job cleaning my teeth this morning. The dentist then came in and checked everything. She too is professional, polite, friendly, caring and a dentist I highly recommend. This is definitely a dental practice you should consider for all your dental needs.

I was informed at my last visit that they will no longer be taking my plan - Dentemax. They said they will offer their own discount policy but had NO details whatsoever on this "new policy" they will be offering in just two short weeks! What?! Ridiculous! How am I supposed to make a decision if they don't even have the details of the new policy?

At the very least, They should have notified patients by mail or email or something. Admin staff is always standing idly around being dramatic or obnoxious - loudly gossiping, laughing and telling crude jokes - every time I check out. This place is unprofessional all the way around with the exception of the dentists (who I feel sorry for having to work with these idiots) I won't be back!

Who looks forward to going to the dentist? I do! The staff at Vickery are simply AMAZING! They make you feel like family as soon as you enter the office. Always courteous, professional and friendly. I've found the perfect dentist office. Thanks for making every experience pleasant!

Had a great experience at their Colfax office. Stephanie, the hygienist was great to talk to and did a great job with my cleaning. I am a transplant from Ohio and have moved around a lot (a lot of dentists!). Dr. Basu was great. She did a thorough job and was pleasant to talk to. It was the easiest cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Basu will be my dentist for a long time!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kramer and Dr. Short for over 20 years and have always been very pleased with them. In addition to always doing great work, they are very nice.

Very bad experience! I cracked one of my tooth while chewing and knew am gonna have to get it pulled out. I was in pain, so I call for an appointment for extraction and for some reason the lady gets me a limited evaluation appointment (didnt even knew if that is a thing). On the day of appointment 11/06(Friday) I am sitting in the chair in pain and the doctor tells me we cannot pull out the tooth because they have me down as an evaluation only appointment.

And then they gave me a treatment plan(dental implant) for which my out of pocket would be $3763. I was in pain and just wanted to get the tooth extracted ASAP, and the funny thing is i could get an 11/09(Monday) appointment only if I choose to do the implant(spend money) otherwise the next available date for extraction is 11/30. The doc could see the tooth is cracked and needs to be pulled out but they still did x-rays (to bill my insurance) for the so called evaluation, asked me to take anti-biotics and sent me home in pain.

As i was walking out in pain, i was thinking, the time they took to explain the treatment plan - they could have done the extraction already. Never going back there again. Thanks but no thanks!

I have the absolute worst case of dentist anxiety and they're so patient and so sweet. Dr. Brown just pulled a tooth for me. It took him less than 5 mins, he made sure I was VERY numb and he was overall very sweet. Everyone there was and have been in the past. I hate going to the dentist but if I have to go, I am happy that I get to go here!

I've been a patient of Dr Kramer over 10 years and she's the best. The staff is awesome.

I can't say enough about Cumming Dental. Kimberly, Melissa, Dr. Ester, and Claudia were all great. From the time I got there until I left they all kept me informed as to what was next and made sure I did not have to wait. Since this was my first visit, It won't be the last. A five star experience.

Cumming Dental is the best dental practice I have ever used. Their staff is super friendly and their facility is clean and well maintained. Dr. Esker is friendly and professional and makes dentists appts enjoyable. I always recommend them to my friends and family, they are truly the best!

I scheduled an appointment, they took xrays and told me I needed a deep cleaning and the next available appointments would be in the new year (about 6 months away) or I could wait on the waiting list. They would call 30-60 min before the available appointment (clearly someone cancelled) and ask if I wanted it. This happened a few times and I work so no, I couldn't take it. Eventually they stopped calling. I just called to book an appointment and THE SAME THING just happened. Wow. Picking up my xrays and going somewhere else.

I went in for implants for dentures and the process has taken nearly six months and the process is still not completed. I have not been able to eat any good nutrition food. have lost weight that I really could not afford to loose. I do not recommend this group for these type of procedures.

This was my first and only appointment with this group. First, I was made to wait well past my appointment time, which straight off the bat is a pet peeve of mine, especially as a new patient. When I was finally called back, a dental hygienist did a once-over on my teeth, then a doctor came in and condescendingly told me I would have to make another appointment for another day because I needed to have a "deep cleaning" instead of a regular cleaning that I made an appointment for. Are you kidding me?

I have seen another dentist regularly and have zero dental problems, other than a crown from a broken tooth years ago, and I have always gotten praise from my previous dentist for doing a good job on cleaning my teeth. I refused the "deep cleaning"--partially because it's a racket and partially because the doctor was just so rude about it. I then told them to complete my teeth cleaning appointment as originally scheduled.

I was made to wait again. Then a dental hygienist with an attitude came and got me, explaining that he would clean my teeth but not along the gum line. He was obviously told to do as little as possible on cleaning my teeth. I really should have left at that point. Unfortunately, I stuck it through and received the VERY WORST cleaning of my life. He took all of 10 minutes, tops, and then told me he was done. I immediately had to turn around and get another dental cleaning appointment right afterward. I completely regret ever coming to this office. The whole thing is a racket.

I moved to the area 3 months ago and my wife selected this dental clinic to address pain in her tooth. I decided to just see the same dentist for a chipped front tooth issue, mainly because of a sharp edge on top of tooth. The office administration is a joke. The dentist was pleasant, She wanted to replace both front teeth with caps which I did not think was necessary, but it was her recommendation.

I said ok reluctantly, and was told by a staff member my options for payment. I agreed to let them send information for approval to my insurance company and she would than call me back to let me know my status. This occurred on June 23rd and now it is August 5. I had to call to find out what the status or response was from my insurance company. I was told no information available. Ridiculous. She responded with the insurance company did not respond. Aggravated, I said, "have you heard of the word follow-up".

What a great experience! Dr. McTier and Erika made me laugh and feel totally at ease. Definitely recommend! The whole office appears organized and friendly.

Excellent dentist & facility, my dentist is Dr Kramer and she is GREAT, very gentle, professional, and concerned. I, like many people, HATE going to the dentist but the team at Cumming Dental makes me feel at ease.

Dr. Kristen McDonald is a top notch dentist and Cumming Dental Associates is a top notch office. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She is also great with children, as well and my kids love her. The office is beautiful and the staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this office and Dr. McDonald.

Kristin is a fantastic dentist in addition to her hygienist Jessica. I drove over 30 miles to cumming dental from Buckhead which was worth it to me. I recently moved out of state but will probably still go to cumming dental when I am back to visit friends. Its just dentistry, but they do a great job.

I have been using Cumming Dental for years! I had a really bad experience with another office in a different state and I waited 6 years to go back and get my teeth cleaned. Cumming Dental has always been wonderful! Dr. McDonald has changed my outlook on going in for a cleaning. My entire family uses the office including my son and daughter. They both love going to the dentist!

As a parent, I am so happy to know my children will not have the awful experience like I had in the past. Dr. McDonald is excellent with making children feel comfortable while getting a shot for a filling. When your child has to ask did you give me the shot yet? That's when you know they are in the best hands! I would highly recommend this office and will be using Dr. McDonald as long as we live in Cumming! You will walk out happy and showing off your smile!

This Dental practice is awesome! We have been patients here for almost 10 years and have never experienced a team like this one. They have handled emergency appointments quickly and are always available to answer questions. They handle everything from cleanings, to restorations, to wisdom tooth extractions and orthodontics. It's so convenient to work with one office! They were also very helpful in locating a good dentist for my daughter while she is away at college. Can't say enough about them.
