Cascades Center For Dental Health

Have been a long time patient of the Center and have had a wonderful experience with everyone during my time there. I have a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist, but their hygienists have been great at being patient and caring. I recommend their office to anyone when they are looking for a new dental practice.

I've been going to Cascades Dental for 10+ years. The staff are all so friendly and never pressure additional services on you. There were plenty of dentists that were closer to me when I lived in Arlington and now that I'm in Ashburn, but I'm loyal to Cascades Dental and my hygienist. She is the reason I always come back and look forward to our visits every 6 months! Their new location is also very clean and it makes you feel like you're in a spa rather than a dentist! Highly recommend.

I've been a patient of Cascades Center for Dental Health for several years. Dr. R and his entire staff strive too make each visit a pleasant experience through professionalism and sincere compassion towards your individual needs. They always meet you at your scheduled appointment time with a smile and warm welcome that calms the anxiety often associated with visits to a dentist. All procedures are explained in detail and performed with excellent results. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

I had not been going to the dentist since Covid started. I have been extremely anxious to the point I just decided to avoid it all costs. Well, Today was my first cleaning visit since 2020, and I can not express my gratitude enough for such an understanding and welcoming environment. Everyone from the front door receptionist to all the faces I saw today- were welcoming and understanding and so kind.

Most of all, they were patient with me and did not judge me for this being my first visit in a long while. Lastly, the measures they took to explain everything and steps they are taking to keep everyone safe-just top notch and I am so happy that I did not put off this visit any longer. If you suffer with anxiety or nerves about the dentist- this is the best place to go. The entire staff is wonderful :

I have been going to Jenny and Dr R at Cascades dental Health for almost 10 years. The entire staff could not be nicer and the environment is very calming, especially for someone like me who is petrified of the dentist! I had six crowns put on my front teeth about seven years ago and I am absolutely delighted with the results! The team here does everything (sedation/nitrous oxide) to ensure you are comfortable and genuinely cares about the patient experience.

It's really top of the line - everyone is very friendly and the work they do is the best. As someone who used to fear the dentist, I can say this practice is nothing to be afraid of! Dr. Muhammad is absolutely wonderful! He explains every procedure he is going to do with a reassuring voice. He and his entire staff are equally as professional as they are personable. I have been with this dental practice since Dr. Ruparelia started over 20 years ago. I am so pleased and happy to be a patient of theirs. Everyone is so kind, patient, and courteous, and I have ALWAYS been happy with the professional service I have received They also have the most state of the art technology and always explain what the options are for one's best dental health

The experience at Cascades Dental is always top notch! Everyone is always so welcoming & helpful for checking in & out, dental benefits, etc. Our hygienist Jenny always goes above & beyond to make sure my daughters & I are taken care of! The Dr.'s always make sure we understand the treatment plan & get us in promptly for any problems. I would highly recommend!

If you want a dental office with to of the line customer service, this is it. They are extremely friendly and helpful, and the dental staff really want to make sure you are comfortable and have a good experience with your appointments. I get all my cleanings and have had a couple minor surgeries here; they are very attentive and personable. It may cost a little more than your basic dentist, but it is definitely worth it, especially if you are a person that does not enjoy going to the dentist!
