Don't go here. They jerk you around with appointments. They let the validity date run out from the VA so he was referred to a different dentist, where we found out that he has 2 fillings and a root canal before he can get his partial. They are slackers.

This office truly cares for their patients. I have always felt welcomed and recieved excellent service. Christy Branch always goes above and beyond to make sure all my dental needs are met. Keep up the great work to all the staff!

I have had several visits to Dr. Johnston's office and have to say my care was exceptional, Dr. Johnston made me feel very comfortable, he and his staff are a stellar group of individuals, they are very well trained and professional, his staff are also using all the safety recommendations during this time with COVID. Thumbs up to Dr. Johnston and his staff for a great job on taking care of my dental needs.

Thadd always takes his time and makes sure everything is good and explains things extremely well. And my hygienist Christy Branch is awesome. She take extra care in making sure you are comfortable and makes a cleaning a relaxing experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Thad Johnston for about 3 years now, and I absolutely love, love them! My husband switched to Dr. Thad once he saw how much I loved them lol. The entire staff are very friendly and warm. Dr. Thad is very hands on and very involved in his patients. The beauty of the building inside and out. Impeccable decorations and such an inviting office. I used to get so nervous going to the dentist, but no more! I highly recommend Dr. Thad and his friendly staff to everyone! Thad Johnston is a great dentist. I brought my son in with multiple issues and he was able to get us on a treatment plan that everyone was comfortable with. My son has never liked going to the dentist, but had no problem with Christy cleaning his teeth. The front desk was able to get us all the follow up appointments we needed quickly and worked with our schedule. Would highly recommend Thad P Johnston DDS.

We LOVE Dr. J. His entire staff is wonderful, caring & friendly. I usually have high anxiety at the dentist but I love visiting his office & I am especially fond of Christy. Super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

New patient here: Dr Johnston and staff were friendly, professional, and thorough. The hygienist, Christy, did an especially great job on my cleaning, explaining what she was doing as she went along, even humming for entertainment. She was very patient with me and my anxieties regarding the entire procedure. Dr Johnston did a thorough check and I was done in about an hour. Not bad for an initial visit with X-rays. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad a friend recommended Dr. Johnston to me years ago. I have always been pleased with the services. I have likewise recommended him to friends. His new office is very nice, the staff has been helpful. They've helped with my dental insurance for preapproval of my care plans. And most of all, I appreciate their professional attention to details.

I don't think I've ever said: I liked going to the dentist. until today. I just moved to the area and knew I needed to go to the dentist soon. I noticed the beautiful building as i drove past it finding everything else.thinking : "eh. I'll go to the dentist soon". Well, my crown popped off yesterday at work. I frantically looked online."what is the name of that cute dentist office? Ah!

I found it! The one that looks like a beach house!" I called and was so happy to hear that they would fit me in the next day. I went in and it feels more like vacation inside. Dr. Johnston is so nice. I actually enjoyed this visit to the dentist. ENJOYED IT?!? Yes! It was super pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Johnston and his warm staff!
