Everyone in this office is great. They made my son very comfortable. He was a transfer patient and he stated they were even nicer than his other dentist in Florida. The office made his transfer to another orthodontist easy and wonderful.

Dr. Herring connects with children so easily. His demeanor put my daughter at ease regarding the orthodontic process. We really appreciate all the staff!

This office is very nice and efficient and clean. I just have a few recommendations: turn down the country-Christian music. Between the staff talking at full volume when they are walking through the halls and the praise of Jesus at a clearly audible level, masked talkers and the see-through shields it is very difficult to hear staff. I am not sure why they choose to talk about their weekend at full volume but speak to me about my child's treatment so softly.

I am a late-40's mother and can hear normally, but the abundance of auditory obstacles makes it very difficult to hear about my son's treatment. Lastly, my 14-year-old son is going to give me very little information regarding his treatment after he comes from the back area. So please have your staff thoroughly explain what took place while I waited in the front lobby.

Dr Herring and his family traveled from Chapel Hill to the Hickory office on a Friday evening while the office was closed to address an issue with my daughter's braces. The matter could have waited until office hours. Dr Herring's attention to detail and patient care is bar none!

Exemplary service from scheduling desk for my first appt which went very well. I did not have to wait and everyone was kind and professional. They have the latest scanning technology which at least in my case took away the need for clay impressions. Wow!

I dreaded getting braces as an adult, but Dr. Herring and his staff made my experience so wonderful that I actually looked forward to my appointments each time. The building is always clean and organized. The staff is so friendly, and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs and one another because they are always laughing and bringing smiles to their patients faces. Dr. Herring is so attentive, patient, and the kindest doctor I've met in a long time. Absolutely amazing place, and I recommend anyone and everyone to go here! Thank you for being so wonderful!

Customer service at its Best! Chloe is so charming and has made my children feel so welcome, comfortable, and at ease! From Jennifer that answered the phone, the sweet young lady that met us at the door, to Dr Herring our experience has just been phenomenal. Way to go Hamilton & Herring!

We live in Florida and were visiting family in Hickory when my teenager started complaining about bad cutting and pain from a molar bracket. This was our first family visit since COVID and we planned to stay in NC for an additional seven days. I decided to see if anyone local could help us, despite us not being a regular patient. Hamilton and Herring was the first place I called and Kimberly at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful.

She was able to get us in the next day. At our appt., Dr Herring and staff identified a wire that needed to be cut back and bent properly. My daughter instantly could feel the difference. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes and they did not even charge us a visit fee! This really helped my daughter be able to enjoy the rest of our vacation without us having to return to Florida for an adjustment. I cannot say enough about how kind they were to help us out. Truly a wonderful staff and practice!

Upon arrival we had to call the office and then went straight in. The patient chairs were sectioned off for safety. The offioe called to let me know the Doctor was ready to speak to me about my child's update. My temperature was checked as I entered the building and I went straight back to my son. They informed me of my son's progress and I left to go back to my car an wait on my son.

Everyone continued to be super friendly and helpful. They has impressed me with their safety measures during this pandemic. This is my third child who has seen Hamilton and Herring Orthodontics and would recommend to everyone.
