It's always as pleasant as dental visits can be. Dr Abitbol and his wonderful staff is always courteous and attentive to your needs. His office staff is very helpful with scheduling appointments to suit your needs.

I pushed off having a cleaning for many years. I was refered to smile by design and decided to go, i was really nervous.the hygenist was amazing, so patient and gentle. My only regret is not going sooner

This place is a complete SCAM! I called to make an appointment for teeth bonding with the intention of having it covered by my insurance which was told to me by the person on the phone. However, they mentioned that since I have already been at a dentist not so long ago I would have to pay out of pocket which was fine to me since the actual service will be covered.

When I arrived for the "consultation" they told me to pay in advance before seeing the doctor. I paid the Cost and sat down to wait for the doctor. The doctor spoke to me for 2 minutes to just tell me that they don't take my insurance anymore as of day that I arrived for this consultation and gave me the out of pocket costs for the service. That was the whole consultation that lasted 2 minutes.

I called the next day to request for a refund and the lady on the phone was so rude and disgusting. She told me you are paying for the doctors time. I should be paying for the doctors time to just explain to me that they are not taking Fidelis anymore as of the day that I arrived!?!? I shouldve been told in advance prior to arrival but instead I had to pay money to hear that. Awful experience they do not want to issue me a refund for a 2 minute conversation that could've been addressed prior to arrival. BIG SCAM.

Dr Abitbol and his team at Smile by design are the best out there. I never wait my appointments are always on time. Friendly staff and the Dr is amazing!

My experience was amazing! I didn't have to wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes if that. Everyone is extremely professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable! Most dentist offices are pretty cold and impersonal but not this place. The dentist and the hygienist gave me really great tips and explanations to my questions. Dr. Abitbol is really kind and definitely made the experience as personable as possible. Unfortunately I don't remember the hygienist name, I just remember she has an accent and she's really kind and personable as well. Everyone did great and efficient work!

I've always had a great experience when coming to my appointments. The staff, dental hygienists and Dr. Abitbol are very professional and the office very is clean. As other reviewers have commented, there's basically no wait time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get any dental work done.

I was BLOWN AWAY by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I was super anxious and the hygienist talked me through the whole cleaning- explaining everything, giving me a heads up before working on a spot that would feel sensitivity. Dr abitbol explained everything clearly. The receptionists were kind and welcoming. Literally could not have been more impressed with this place. Also a clean, beautiful, up-to-date facility. Highly recommend!

The staff is very warm and helpful. Everyone has a smile and they work with a very gentle hand. The office is great with time management. There is never a long wait because of over booking. You are in and out in no time. Dr. K understands financial issues and tries to work within your budget, letting you decide when and how to proceed with your dental health. I have never felt pressured into any procedure. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

So impressed with Dr. K and ALL staff! I had been going to the same dentist since I was a kid (33 now). Apparently, I chose the wrong insurance policy and was forced to choose a different provider. What a blessing in disguise! I will not be going back to my old Dentist (nothing wrong with them). Dr. K goes above and beyond to make her patients feel comfortable.

She even placed some sort of lip moisturizer or Vaseline during the procedure, because clearly my lips were SUPER dry. Normally I just deal with this minor discomfort, but that small gesture just shows she really cares and is amazing at what she does! NOT only is she super professional but also funny/great "bed side manor" and lets you know exactly what she is doing! Cannot say enough about how impressed and happy I am to have found this office!

I luv the ladies of Dental Smiles I've been going here since 2005 and never been disappointed if I ever leave Michigan I will continue to allow them to service my smile.

This is a great dental office. Professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Greniuk is very thorough and explains what is going to happen. Her office has the latest equipment and a very friendly staff. You will be happy here!

Brian R. Dental Smiles of Livonia is truly the best dental office to visit. I have been a patient of Dr. K. Greniuk-Wioncek, D.D.S. for over 20 years. The office is very clean with a staff of extremely kind and courteous professionals. Dr. K. will not tolerate anything less than the patients being treated with the utmost respect. Dr. K, not only makes you feel very comfortable while in the chair, but she is very good at educating you on the best dental care techniques. Dr. K. is also available for an emergency with her patients. I would encourage anyone looking for a Dentist to call and schedule an appointment for all your dental needs.

First off would like to say the previous and first review is false, that guy has the wrong dentist, there is no man that works here. I have been coming to this place for about 7 years. Nothing but positive things to say. Well trained staff that are all super friendly. They will answer m any questions with thorough honest answers. They are professional, helpful and just overall provide a great experience.

I wish I could remember how to say the dentists' name but it starts with a G. She is quick, personable, and professional as well. The facility is spotless and very well kept. I honestly can't think of one problem with this place. I will deff be coming here as long as I have teeth. If you're looking for a new dentist I highly recommend checking this place out, it will be the only one you need to call.

Dr. Greniuk is by far the best dentist we've ever had. In addition to her, the front office staff is awesome. She truly cares about your dental care, finances, best options and is available on a moments notice. Just this week, she personally returned a voicemail requesting a routine appointment scheduling on Sunday afternoon because she dropped by the closed office.

What doctor does that? We went based on a friends recommendation and based on our personal recommendations all our family and friends in the area go to her. We travel from West Michigan for our appointments. Honest trustworthy doctors are hard to find. She's a keeper!
