Dr. Saad placed two crowns in about three hours. Using cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology, she designed and milled the crowns from a porcelain block right in her office. The crowns contain no visible metal, so your smile stays looking natural and beautiful. It was fascinating to watch the entire process, and what’s even better is that it took much less time than traditional crown procedures—no more waiting weeks with temporary crowns while your permanent ones are made offsite.

Her office has a spa-like atmosphere, making the experience feel more relaxing than typical dental visits. Her staff is both professional and welcoming, ensuring you feel completely at ease.

I just had a root canal gun Day After Christmas . My my tooth hurt so bad. I came in a couple days before the procedure. I had an X-ray done the whole staff. There is excellent to work with and the procedure went very well.No pain at all durning the root canal, i can't say enough about it i wouldn't go anywhere else for dental work even if I lived an hour away

Perfect! First time here. The place was modern and immaculate.everyone was nice. Serge is a fantastic hygienist-I have difficulty with oral X-ray and he did it gently. Dr.Saad is patient and thorough with her explanations. Give it a try.

Dr. Saad did my bridge and root canal in one appointment when all the other dentists said it will take 6 months and maybe more. She obviously takes pride in her work because she does an exceptional job. Her office is beautiful and relaxing and everyone at the Office is very nice. I'd like to share my unique story: I broke a tooth at a restaurant on a Friday and suffered all night in excruciating pain. On Saturday morning, I contacted my dentist who advised that they were fully booked and COULDN'T help me. I was truly appalled. I needed an appointment, so I then called Dentist after Dentist until I reached Dr. Saad's office. They were the only office who had compassion so deep that they would add another patient to their schedule on a Saturday. The receptionist told me, we can't let you suffer - just come in. I have been a patient ever since...Dr. Saad's attention to detail, compassionate care and exceptional skill has provided me with the opportunity to have the best dental health of my life. I transferred my children from their pediatric dentist to Dr. Saad because I have so much trust and faith in her abilities. I feel truly blessed that I was able to find such an amazing Dentist and Dental Practice!

I came across this dental office by Google search and filled out the appointment request form on their website. Within minutes I received a phone call and was pleasantly surprised. I had been searching for a little while to get into an office for myself and daughter but due to covid many places are booked until after the summer and beyond. They were willing to find an available appointment and get us in as soon as possible. Luckily for us they had the next day available!

The atmosphere in the office was very welcoming. From the receptionist who was very friendly over the phone and in person, to the hygienist who explained everything thoroughly to me without judgement and Dr. Saad who was willing to answer all my questions and did not rush my appointment. I truly felt like I was seen and heard. All very nice women, helpful and made me feel super comfortable.

I felt like I had been going there for years! My daughter is 1 years old and as a first time mom I was very worried but Dr. Saad was so friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. It starts with the front desk personnel who welcomes you warmly. Latisha, Megan, and Crystal are most helpful; they give you the comfort level you only can dream of. Anya, the Dental Hygienist, is excellent. Her instrumentation was highly skilled, providing me an ample level of comfort. Honestly, I never had such a great experience and never enjoyed having my teeth cleaned ("just to get over with").

Doctor Saad is exceptionally professional. She is kind and gentle. Her examinations are very detailed. She does what is not done at most of the offices out there: she takes her time with the patient explaining my oral health and the procedures that have to be done. Most importantly: I felt comfortable, happy, and well taken care of! When it comes to payment for the services, the team goes above and beyond working with Dental insurance to receive prompt payments for the treatment provided.

I would recommend Doctor Saad to everyone! All my family and friends are her patients. I started coming here 4 months ago when I moved to Lawrenceville. I have been so pleased with the experience here! The staff is very friendly and courteous. When you need to reschedule an appointment, they are very accommodating. Dr. Saad is absolutely amazing! She spends time with you during regular cleanings to explain things to you and doesn't leave until all your questions are answered.

I also got my teeth whitened and a crown put in. The teeth whitening technology is top notch and brought my teeth up like 4 color levels! The crown was done with this super innovative technology that creates the mold for your tooth in 30 minutes in the office! The whole appointment was about two hours and it was quick and painless to get my new crown put in. It feels amazing and I'm so grateful that Dr. Saad and her staff made me feel so at ease the whole time! 10/10 recommend!

As soon as you walk in, you can see that the waiting room is spotless and organized. The dental assistants are very sweet, patient and do an extensive job with the cleaning. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as they meet you.

I have been a patient at Premier Dental Arts of Hamilton for about a year and have had approximately 3 visits thus far. I cracked my tooth two days ago. I called Dr. Saad’s office and was able to get a same-day appointment. She was very skillful and fixed up my tooth and also the tooth right next to it. She reassured me that everything will be fine and it would be an easy fix and it was! She stayed extra-late to tend to my needs. I am so grateful to her and her Staff. Excellent all around experience. Dr. Saad is an excellent Doctor, she made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat in the chair. She took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions, a lot of the time it seems some Doctors are in a hurry to leave the room to see the next patient. Dr. Saad really takes the time to listen and communicate with the patient, which to me is the sign of a Doctor who cares about her patients.
