Premier Dental Arts sets the standard for professionalism with all other dental practices that I've been to. They are meticulous with all dental procedures and have always shown great attention to detail. They're quite simply the best dental practice I've ever experienced. Bravo!

I have always been embarrassingly afraid of the dentist and I expressed those concerns to Dr. Saad and her staff. They were beyond sweet and gentle -- making me feel so comfortable during my 2 visits this week. Thank you so much for making me feel so calm. Glad I switched dentists!

I came across this dental office by Google search and filled out the appointment request form on their website. Within minutes I received a phone call and was pleasantly surprised. I had been searching for a little while to get into an office for myself and daughter but due to covid many places are booked until after the summer and beyond. They were willing to find an available appointment and get us in as soon as possible. Luckily for us they had the next day available!

The atmosphere in the office was very welcoming. From the receptionist who was very friendly over the phone and in person, to the hygienist who explained everything thoroughly to me without judgement and Dr. Saad who was willing to answer all my questions and did not rush my appointment. I truly felt like I was seen and heard. All very nice women, helpful and made me feel super comfortable.

I felt like I had been going there for years! My daughter is 1 years old and as a first time mom I was very worried but Dr. Saad was so friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. Overall, I am so happy to have found this office and will definitely continue with them. Thank you premier dental arts, your team is doing an amazing job!

It starts with the front desk personnel who welcomes you warmly. Latisha, Megan, and Crystal are most helpful; they give you the comfort level you only can dream of. Anya, the Dental Hygienist, is excellent. Her instrumentation was highly skilled, providing me an ample level of comfort. Honestly, I never had such a great experience and never enjoyed having my teeth cleaned ("just to get over with").

Doctor Saad is exceptionally professional. She is kind and gentle. Her examinations are very detailed. She does what is not done at most of the offices out there: she takes her time with the patient explaining my oral health and the procedures that have to be done. Most importantly: I felt comfortable, happy, and well taken care of! When it comes to payment for the services, the team goes above and beyond working with Dental insurance to receive prompt payments for the treatment provided.

I would recommend Doctor Saad to everyone! All my family and friends are her patients. We are looking forward to opening her brand new exquisite office at a new location that is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the original office! As a patient, I believe I deserve to be Doctor's Saad patient; I deserve contemporary dental services and a fantastic team helping me with all my dental needs!

I never felt so comfortable ever in my life walking into a dentist's office before! Every step of the way, starting with the appointment schedules, response of the staff and most of all, the loving and smiling presence of the dentist herself made a huge difference in the way I had felt about going through with the dental work! I already recommended this facility to many of my family members and friends!

Dr Radwa Saad has done amazing work with my entire family! I couldn't ask for a better doctor to work on my teeth. The office staff is so welcoming and the assistants are always so polite. The hygienist do a great job cleaning my teeth. It was the best cleaning I've ever had. If I could I'd give them a 1000 star rating I would! Anyone with anxiety I highly recommend you go to Dr Saad. She makes you feel right at home.

I started coming here 4 months ago when I moved to Lawrenceville. I have been so pleased with the experience here! The staff is very friendly and courteous. When you need to reschedule an appointment, they are very accommodating. Dr. Saad is absolutely amazing! She spends time with you during regular cleanings to explain things to you and doesn't leave until all your questions are answered.

I also got my teeth whitened and a crown put in. The teeth whitening technology is top notch and brought my teeth up like 4 color levels! The crown was done with this super innovative technology that creates the mold for your tooth in 30 minutes in the office! The whole appointment was about two hours and it was quick and painless to get my new crown put in. It feels amazing and I'm so grateful that Dr. Saad and her staff made me feel so at ease the whole time! 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Saad and her entire staff are the absolute BEST! Dr. Saad and her whole staff are phenomenal, from the hygienists, assistants and to all of the girls in the front office. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Everyone is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. You can really tell they all truly care about their patients Dr. Saad is an outstanding dentist, and also a very warm and caring dentist. Adrian is the best assistant.

They both have a special way to take all of your dental fears away. We are so happy to have found Dr. Saad and all of her amazing staff! Thank you for always going above and beyond for me and my entire family. We truly appreciate each and every one of you!

Always a pleasant experience from the moment I walk in until the moment I leave. The front office staff is very helpful and Dr. Radwa is the best dentist I've ever been to. She helps calm my nerves by telling stories of her travels while doing any work on my teeth. Highly recommend to anyone for any dental needs!
