I had an emergency concerning a bridge that had fallen out. I was desperate for help since my dentist was not available. I called Main Street Smiles and was told to come right in to see a dentist. They were all so welcoming and kind. They took care of my problem temporarily until I could see my Dr. Thank you for being available. I certainly will tell others about Smiles Dentistry.

I've been to 3 dentist trying to get my teeth fixed but at a reasonable price. 30,000 for uppers is not responsible. These professionals did a great job very friendly and knowledgeable told me the best options and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. And yes very reasonable prices. They are now my new dentists. Thank you very much. I have no problem endorsing them.

Dr. Pattani and all the staff at Main Street Smiles are friendly, welcoming, competent and trustworthy. They have made my entire family feel comfortable with going to the dentist regularly, even through the pandemic. We have had great experiences with routine cleanings, an implant following a root canal (my partner), and aligners and a new crown (myself).

I'm so glad that when my sons are ready for braces Dr. Pattani will be able to handle those as well, without the need to build a relationship with a different office team. We happily drive almost an hour to visit Main Street Smiles because we know we'll be well taken care of.

Dr. Pattani and his assistant did a wonderful job on my crowns. I am very pleased with the results and feel more confident in my smile now! Dr. P was very attentive to me throughout the procedure and worked very efficiently with his assistant. I will be returning!

Dr. Pattani and his staff have been wonderful to work with. My 9-year old was unhappy about the idea of needing braces, but they make the appointments fun and let him pick his rubber band colors each month. He loves to consider his color combos and surprise us with his choices. And he's genuinely amazed when he checks out his teeth in the mirror and see them moving and straightening!

I drive for over an hour every dental visit so I can come to Main Street Smile to see Dr Pattani. I trust Dr Pattani immensely for every procedure we have done and do. My teeth are in the best shape ever. My whole family comes to Main Street Smile and are also very pleased and happy. The staff is super friendly and the interior is total zen, It doesn't feel like you are in a dental office.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pattani. He is both professional and personal and made me extremely comfortable in my most uncomfortable place, the dentist chair LOL I was sent there to have an extraction and he was able to save my tooth! Both Dr. Pattani and his assistant were extremely gentle, kind and attentive to my needs during the root canal procedure.

Not to mention the office and the doctor himself checked in on me the following days after. I had seen two previous dentists for pain in my upper teeth and was told there was nothing wrong! Dr. Pattani caught that I had a pretty severe infection on both sides and was able to treat and come up with a plan on getting my teeth healthy again! So happy to have found Dr. Pattani and highly recommend him.

I feel so fortunate that Main Street Smile advertised on WGN.talk radio. I had given up on implants. I can't say enough praise to Dr. Pattani. I had 2 failed bone grafts in the front lower tooth. Both were painful and totally useless. Dr. Pattani put in an implant with no pain and great precision. I am elated. I am looking forward to smiling with great confidence. All of his staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. Don't hesitate to make an appointment. Thank me later.

Read to the end if you can: Dr. Pattani saved my life in my opinion. He offered me a free 3d cone beam scan to check if I would be a candidate for dental implants. Dr. Pattani found three teeth roots that other dentists left behind when removing my teeth due to an auto accident that I had in 2015. many dentists had reviewed cone beam scans they took and panoramic X-rays but told me no teeth roots were left in!

Due to an auto accident in 2015 and dental trauma from it (such as broken teeth roots, nerve damage, sinus obstruction and horrific infections that caused my tongue to swell and severe breathing problems) all of my teeth we're removed by other dentists. Those dentists claimed that they were certain that all of the teeth roots were removed. I was made to feel crazy and I feel the other dentists protected the insurance carriers from having liability.

I write to bring others awareness of what happens to people when medical conditions are the result of litigated matters. Dr. Pattani is an honest and caring dentist who wasn't afraid to show me and diagnose the teeth roots being left behind. Dr. Pattani sat side by side with me at his computer, showed me the root tips and let me photograph them. Dr. Pattani found "the root cause" of residual dental issues that i have been dealing with.

He is worth the drive to Barrington. I drove two hours to his location and am beyond grateful to him. Dr. Pattani is an honest and caring, skilled dentist who I highly recommend.

Main Street Smiles is a wonderful dental experience. Dr Pattani is as gentle as can be. Honestly, nobody looks forward to going to the dentist but he makes all that anxiety you might have go away, because he loves being a dentist. Dr Pattani is very personable and as friendly as can be. I'm so pleased with Main Street Smiles.
