I was a new patient and they were able to squeeze me in. Professional staff and gentle dentist. I fell asleep while the dentist was working.

They have been my dentist for over ten yrs. I trust them completely and they know how to do everything I have needed. Very knowledgeable and kind.

So understanding. I called them in pain, they squeezed me in on the same day. I'm a cash patient and they gave me the break down of costs and asked for permission for everything. They genuinely do care for their patients. Much love & respect!

I've been going here for about 10 years, the staff are friendly and they seem to genuinely care about keeping your teeth in good shape.

I had a horrible toothache on a Friday late afternoon. They got me in sooner that day and then stayed for 4 hours to do a root canal and get me out of pain. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this clinic! Thank you so much. I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff is always professional and understanding. I started going here because I had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. I needed sedation to have even the most basic work done but, now I trust them so much that I haven't needed it for a while. They're amazing and I recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

King Dentistry is extremely kind and caring! They will walk you through every step of each procedure and treatment planned! Dr. Mike and Dr. Omar are extremely conservative dentists and care about preserving as much tooth structure as possible! With every step, you always feel like you are truly receiving a royal experience!

This office is COVID19 money hungry! They lost money over the quarantine, and now they are out to make up the money they lost! They gave me 3 different estimates, pressure you to get work done, things you probably dont need done, for money. Please people, take these posts serious! DO NOT GO TO KING DENTIST.He even has the hygienist in on it. BEWARE

They're the reason I lost a whole tooth. They saw me for cleaning and exam 2 years ago, and did not get the whole cavity, so it continued to decay behind the filling. They saw me 3 times since then and failed to correct (once because their filling had chipped, once for another exam with X-ray and third exam with X-ray because they made me come without a dentist present).

Now the cavity has gone past the bone line and infected the whole area all the way to my sinus. I had to spend hours of excruciating pain in another dentist chair, get my tooth extracted, be on antibiotics, 3 months with a whole in my mouth, will have to get an implant and pay out of pocket, all that was unnecessary if King's staff had be competent. I was told they also missed 4 cavities in my last 2 visits. They have to be shut down or at least scrutinize their staff

This is the best dentistry I have ever been to. De. Mike is a magician when it comes to fillings. I was stressed out the day a chipped my tooth and they were able to get me in 2 days after it happened. Very greatful for their work, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you very much! I recommend this dentistry to everyone!

These people treat you like family. I had my dentures done here and everyone on staff was encouraging me to keep giving the dentures a chance, they encouraged me not to give up. I've had my dentures for two years now and they still fit without having to use addhesive. So when my daughter started to complain about her teeth hurting due to cold things there was only one place I wanted to take her to.

Today she went in got her teeth checked out by Mary and it was an amazing experience. My daughter said that it was fun being there, she got to suction out her own mouth, she said it didn't hurt at all when they did the cleaning. My daughter really enjoyed being here and Mary explained everything to her where my daughter could understand what she needed to do at home to take care of her teeth.

She explained to her what happens when you don't take care of your teeth. It's just so amazing having these people here to help. They truly care about their patients and it hurts my heart that there are bad reviews for this office when everyone on the team is so wonderful and caring. I truly love coming here for myself and my daughter.

Horrible went in for a tooth ache spend a half hour negotiating other work got my tooth fixed only to have the nerve exposed during the night went back the next day same dam thing the gal tried to get me to get al kinds off other work done while I'm sitting there in pain! Worst dentist I've ever experienced plus they took me to collections for 4 dollars

I came in for a teeth cleaning and checkup around Thanksgiving. I was traveling for the holidays and they were really great about accommodating my schedule. Lauren was the hygienist who did my cleaning and she did an awesome job. She listened to my concerns about having trouble keeping my mouth open for long periods of time and really made sure I was comfortable.

She gave me a numbing mouthwash that seemed to help a lot. This was definitely the best experience I've ever had at a dentist appointment and I won't be dreading my next cleaning appointment.

Wish I could give zero stars Charges $200 because i didn't cancel the appointment in time. I did call to cancel it. These people are insane. Don't waste your time or money here. Ridiculous.

It's not my favorite thing going to the dentist, but Dr Balch has been very understanding and compassionate. The staff are really friendly and make the whole experience totally different than I've had at other offices.

This Dentist Office can actually keep an appointment! I haven't ever had a long wait here. I am very busy so that really got my attention. The staff make the visits pleasant. Their pricing was similar to the other places I checked out. I moved, but my family and I like King Dentistry so much I make the drive when we need anything. I give Dr. Balch and King Dentistry 5 stars!

Been going to Dr. Balch for years. Always had a great experience. Office staff is very friendly as well.

Told me I had three cavities that would cost $316 AFTER insurance. I came in to have them filled, spent at most 3 minutes in the chair. they didn't numb my teeth, and he told me after I had paid and was in the chair that they weren't actually cavaties but instead just scuffs. He drilled, it hurt, and so he just put filling in them. A month later, I can barely eat because where he drilled hurts and is so sensitive. Also, he didn't fill the one cavities that was actually a cavity and the hole is visible. Worst dentist I've been to, and every other dentist office cringes when I say that I go here! Coming back several months later to update: this office charged me a portion of the bill that was due to my insurance.

They then accepted payment from my insurance, which included an amount I already paid. I was never sent a refund from the office for the amount that my insurance covered. She was baffled and tried to lie through it. I absolutely do not trust this office and will never trust medical professionals the same after my experience here.

It has been almost one week that I got my wisdom tooth and it was a great experience! From the beginning to the end! The numbing part was painless I didn't feel any part of the shot; the tooth came out whole and seemed relatively fast; the staff did a great job educating me on what not to do after you get a tooth taken out; they were totally about making me feel comfortable and relaxed I would definitely recommend anybody who is scared of the dentist to come here; very welcoming and accommodating.

The staff here always takes on interest in the world I come from. I've sat in consultations with the lead hygienists and noticed that they really took time to explain HOW I ended up where I was and what I could do to change that. I found myself having a comforting conversation about my personal health. We shared a lot of the same views! This is the first time that I've encountered dentistry as a form of HEALTHCARE!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Office is dirty. Lighting over chair kept going out. Had to cancel a procedure due to an emergency and because I didn't cancel two days in advance they charged me $50 for every hour they had me booked for(2 hours). When I tried to see if there was anything they could do, the lady at the front desk said I'll see what I can do and call you back. She never called me back and I got a bill for $100 in the mail. So glad I didn't have anything done but xrays.

This place is terrible always calling always charging me for new stuff every time I paid for one tooth to get worked on on they did the wrong one and I asked for refund they said no that tooth needed work anyways I am disabled and a veteran it took me a whole year to save up 5k for my front teeth all 4 were damaged due to a accident as a kid they implanted all 4 and they cracked while was eating French fries with my wife and they cracked they try to blame me and the Dr. Agreed and then new Dr. Said no its not my fault.

And also try to figure out all kinds of ways for u to figure out how to get the money asking u all about ur personal finances not right. Dr. King is retired they just use his name to attract customers terrible practice

A money hungry company. They will make you pay and do unnecessary procedures. The lady at the front desk is annoying. They are very impersonal too. I'm glad I left.

If I could leave this guy 0 stars I would. My husband told them that he didn't want any work done unless they approved the cost with him. After lying to him and telling him the work would cost a certain amount and my husband after the fact they tried to charge him an additional 500 $ which they have put it in collections and are harassing me from 2011.

I should have gotten an attorney then. I don't like when people are dishonest and try to get more money from you. Horrible horrible horrible Doctor I'm contacting the BBB. I pay my bills just not to people who try to cheat and lie to get it. They have no idea what SOL is or time- barred or the fact that it is illegal and they are in violation to still be harassing me. 2011 statute CCC1788.17 Don't waste your time at this doctors office.
