They value being honest and personable with their patients. You can feel it. You walk in(on time;)) and you're greeted and seated promptly with kindness. The staff actually cares.

Yes they're human and could have a long day, but they're still are invested, in your teeth, your wallet, and your respect. They offer dentist AND orthodontist services. Do not waste your time anywhere else. (apparently they have a gold medal for Invisalign! don't know from who but yeah.)

The most AWESOME dental team ever! I've been going here for decades even when they were at the other location. Great team of Doctors and the staff is top shelf. Say hello to "buttons" for me

Today Dr. Hana did a filling on one of my teeth. Both he and the staff were very reassuring. I had a very bad experience years ago at a different dental office, so I was nervous. They explained what will be done in plain words and calmed me down. The procedure went through smoothly and I am very glad how it turned out.

I was in search of a new dentist closer to home, and I am so happy that I came across Pleasanton Dublin Dental. They are local and so very nice! I visited them initially for tooth pain and was back today for a dreaded root canal. This being my first, and hopefully last, I was really nervous to start. By the time we were ready to go, the doctor and staff had me so relaxed. They explained everything and even had me laughing during the procedure. I don't write reviews often, but this was a must!

I started this journey for implants fighting it all the way. I am blessed to have found a dentist and his assistants that are caring, kindly patient and so very knowledgeable in the implant field.l We're now in June and I got to Pleasanton Dublin Dental Center for a delayed teeth cleaning due to C-19. Everyone was so welcoming and well organized. From shoe covers to saline solution. Just perfect. Highly recommend this company. Here and just had another teeth cleaning plus scheduled for some new caps. I cannot say enough great things about this service.

Very friendly and professional at the same time which is rare these days. They walked me through all the details and precautions and helped me a lot. And the doctor was so professional and well-experienced and I am going to only Pleasanton Dental center because customer care is my first choice whatever I go. Awesome.

First dental appointment during COVID-19. I have to say that Pleasanton Dublin Dental Center are taking ALL the procedures and precautions for the safety of their patients and the clinic crystal clear! All dentists and hygienists are well covered with masks, gloves and face shields. And new disposable equipments for each patients. The staff is always friendly and smiley. I love this clinic and I highly recommend!

The team at Pleasanton Dublin Dental is superb! Everyone is welcoming and pleasant. The services are thorough and informative. During this period of Covid the team has taken extra precautions to ensure patient and staff safety: to begin, requesting that patients wait in their car instead of the office, then keeping in contact by text for when they are ready for arrival with mask on, and everyone greets with happy smiles and welcoming words.

They remember us and take a personal interest. Once we finish the greetings and business formalities I was escorted to a room to start a safety cleanse. I really appreciate that this step is taken for their safety as well. Then we are able to begin the dentistry service I scheduled. The team and the doctors provide excellent service and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Hanna and his team are extremely patient, detail oriented and they provide amazing dental care. Dr. Hanna and his staff really care about you as person and as a patient.

Both my kids had birthdays this month and when they were there for cleaning and check up Dr. Hanna and his staff sang for them happy birthday and gave them a little something. That was a very nice touch from them. Highly recommend Dr. Hanna and his team to anyone looking for new dentist.

I never thought I could get this level of patient care and customer service within my dental insurance (and it is not a good one)! These people made sure I was seen as soon as possible for my kind of urgent issue and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule for a long procedure! Dr. Hanna is an extremely skilled dental surgeon and everyone who worked with me there is exceptional. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure we are not only taken care of but also educated. I feel very lucky to have them nearby!
