I really cannot express how wonderful Dr. Nguyen and staff is. They are professional, fun, and experts in their field. I am in my 50's and wanted the same smile I had years ago. Seems impossible, I know. I got my braces off yesterday and Dr. Nguyen did just that. I said to my husband " I wish you could see how wonderful they really are ". He said "actually I can see it in your smile". My husband couldn't be more happy and neither can I.

The best part about this Office is the staff. I can go on for hours about the amazing work that they did and the quality service, but it really was everyone that works there that made my time with them special. Everyone who works there cares so much about their work and patients and it is refreshing to see. I found myself looking forward to appointments just to catch up with everyone! Going there was always the highlight of my day and they never failed to put a smile on my face.
Which is now a good thing because I absolutely love the smile they gave me. I was a difficult case and the work that they did was phenomenal. I still can't believe the results every time I look in the mirror. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Nguyen, Debbie, Patsy, and everyone else there, but sincerely, THANK YOU. If you ever need any ortho work done, I could not recommend them highly enough. They truly are the best people for the job!

Dr. Nguyen and the entire team were amazing from start to finish! He gave my daughter an estimate of length of her treatment and she got her braces off exactly when expected even during a pandemic! Her teeth look amazing and her face completely changed due to the wonderful work of Dr. Nguyen. Whenever things came up during treatment they were quick to accommodate her.
The back office staff are TOTAL angels, treat every patient special, and have you in and out as quick as possible. Scheduling is always a breeze with the front office, they are always kind and never had a single scheduling mishap in the years we worked with them.

There is a reason why the dentists send the "hard cases" to Dr Nguyen, he is brilliant! My daughter had to have her front tooth extracted due to crossed roots and his thoughtful strategy is providing her with a straight, beautiful smile. Both my daughter and I felt included in the treatment plan and she loves going there for her 5-week adjustments. There is a great atmosphere in the office and all the staff members are really caring and friendly.

Recommended by our family dentist, Dr. Bill Nguyen has been our orthodontist from 3rd grade on ( through both of our boys-now aged 18 and 14). He is a brilliant orthodontist-always very thorough in explaining his methods and approach to treatment/s. I always felt that I had the full understanding of what he was doing at every point during the course of treatment, especially since both of my boys had different but complicated diagnosis.
We have been very happy working with Dr. Nguyen and his entire staff. They all very relatable, approachable and professional and has made the whole orthodontic experience a positive one for our family.

Dr Nguyen's orthodontics office is great. Recommended to us when we relocated to South OC with both of my kids already underway in braces. He picked up their cases and saw them through to beautiful results. Love the staff-both front office and technicians. They all became familiar faces and were fun, helpful, and knowledgeable. Office always running smoothly, never had to wait, billing was smooth. Excellent experience.

My daughter was very nervous about having braces but Dr. Nguyen put her mind at ease and now a year into wearing braces, not only do her teeth already look fantastic, she is no longer nervous and is more self-confident! I definitely recommend this practice. Now a little more than a year after my original review, her braces are removed and her smile is simply gorgeous! Dr. Nguyen is truly amazing at identifying the best plan of orthodontic treatment for his patients. In a few years we will bring our son to be treated here as well. Thank you for such amazing results!

I have been taking my son to Dr. Nguyen's office for six months now and I'm very happy that I was referred to this office by my own dentist. Our sons teeth look so much better already. On our first visit, Dr. Nguyen did a very informative consultation and helped setup an easy payment plan. Since then, we have had the opportunity to get to know the amazing and professional staff.
I feel like they respect our time and don't keep us waiting more than a few minutes when we have an appointment. Dr. Nguyen is always informative on what is being done and what the next step is. You can tell he knows what he is doing and he keeps up to date with technology and the latest practices. He also has no problem taking a moment to stop and have a little fun with my son.

My daughter has been treated by Dr. Nguyen for her phase 1 & 2 for a number of years now. We were referred by our dentist and at which time we did not know much about his work reputation. However we trusted our dentist to always make good referrals for her patients so we went with her recommendation. Once we started to experience Dr. Nguyen's work and also learned about his educational background, we knew we were in good hands.
Doctor Nguyen himself and his entire supporting staff are very friendly, caring and attentive of their patients. They treat everyone like their own family and they take pride in their work. We are very happy with Dr. Nguyen's work ethics and would not hesitate to refer our friends and family to his office. As a matter of fact, my older son had orthodontic treatment with another doctor a while back but now he needs some work done again; therefore, I plan to bring him to Dr. Nguyen for treatment this time around.

Dr. Nguyen and his entire staff are awesome with our kids! We are so lucky to have him as our orthodontist! One of our children needed oral surgery to remove at least 3 teeth and he recommended an excellent oral surgeon and made sure what was a scary process for our daughter an actually pleasant one. Dr. Nguyen and his entire staff are always so helpful, pleasant, and caring!
We would highly recommend him if you or your child (children) need braces. We always appreciate how flexible Dr. Nguyen and his staff are scheduling appointments especially with our sometimes crazy schedule.
