Every step was excellent from scheduling, to evaluation to procedure and check out. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They were so gentle and loving with my newborn in helping fix his lip and tongue tie. The receptionist even gave me all the paperwork I needed, and filled it out, for medical insurance reimbursement. Great place. I would recommend every time!

Everyone at the office is so friendly and helpful! I get very sensory defensive and anxious and they are always so sensitive to that and constantly doing things to make it easier for me. Even their desk staff is amazing, making sure you completely understand the charges and insurance and all that. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience, I had to get my son's lip and tongue tie revised. Dr. Berning explained everything very well and went over the exercises thoroughly. All the staff we nice and helpful.

Each person I dealt with, from my first phone call to the time of consult and procedure, was so easy to work with. All very understanding of my situation regarding my son's lip and tongue tie and the sense of urgency I had to have him seen. I'd recommend this office to anyone, especially for infant lip and tongue tie laser revision.

I have been going to Exceptional Dentistry for a little over a year and only have good experiences. In that time I have had to have a few cavities filled. I was offered an iPod with earphones due to my dislike for the noise of the dental tools. When I was in last the room was a bit chilly - so I was offered a blanket by staff. They always offer a topical numbing agents before any injections, this helps greatly with the pain.

When receiving injections the staff is extremely caring and placed a hand on my shoulder for comfort. This is truly the most efficient and comfortable dental experience I have ever had. Thank you!
