DO NOT take your children here just make that drive to Shreveport or Alexandria, the dentist office looks nice but these dentist are just looking to run up a bill on your insurance they gave my children too much medication they were given a sedative, laughing gas, plus lidocaine the effects were horrible and after treatment they rushed us out to get the next patient in the seat even tho my kids couldn't even walk from the medication I had to take my daughter to the quick care just for pain medication and swelling she looks unrecognizable! I wish I could give this place a zero!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY! MY POOR KIDS WENT THROUGH SO MUCH PAIN SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I wish I could leave no stars! They gave both of my kids too much medicine which caused a medical reaction and then instead of taking time to see if my kids were ok they rushed us out! Horrible I can't say enough to run!

Brought my 1 year old son here for his first dentist appointment. I was very nervous because he hates anyone trying to do anything in his mouth, but the staff was great with him & made me feel 100% comfortable with them! They gave him a balloon tied to a little rubber elephant and although he wasn't a fan of the dentist work, he was pumped about his balloon! Very highly recommend for kids first dentist appointments!

TED! Is the worst dentist ever! Thanks to him I will never be back!: it's really sad when the dental assistant is putting her 2 weeks notice in all because of him! Didnt even know his name I had to ask the assistant! I will not be back if he is there! Every visit I go it's a "New" dentist everytime! Really sad Dr. Cloud, is the only good dentist
