Dr. Carole Ann Boyd

My dentist retired, so I needed to find another. This was my first visit to Dr. Boyd and Dr. Vogel and the appointment was easily obtained. I found them both to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and the staff warm and welcoming. The exam and cleaning were detailed and thorough. I suspected I needed some dental work, so I was not surprised when they used X-rays and photos to show the needs and discuss each item they detailed in their written suggested treatment plan.

They never pressured me to accept any of their recommendations, to make additional appointments, nor did they try to sell extraneous dental products to me. I was pleased to have found the practice and already have recommended it to a couple of friends. 4/12/2022 I was impressed with another visit this week. With one half of the dynamic duo of dentists temporarily out of commission due to illness, the super hero still on duty worked me into his schedule and did a stellar job of installing a permanent crown and remaking a temporary bridge. Dr. Vogel meticulously worked to attend to my dental needs and his assistance was most appreciated. 6/9/2022 Back again.

The permanent bridge has been installed and my teeth cleaned. I am delighted with the quality of work preformed and the personal attention both Dr. Boyd and Dr. Vogel devoted to my overall dental care. It is refreshing to find a dental practice that is willing to put so much effort and personal care into their work. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the dental tech Vicky, who always offers a welcoming smile. (happy birthday). I am pleased with the work they performed and would hole-heartedly recommend this dental practice to any and all who would listen.

First time visit and was a little nervous about it - but must admit staff was very nice while taking X-rays @ doing all the book work Found Dr Boyd very nice . Sorry I didn't find her sooner - she listened to me and even was interested in ME personally - which I found very nice - as I in need of a lot of work she had a plan for what work needs to be done first and didn't overwhelmed me (at least not too much) with understanding I wasn't able to do everything all at once But SHE ASKED ME ABOUT ME PERSONALLY - what I did for a living - my hobbies - my interests - Don't think I have a doctor or dentist take the time or even cared in years!

Excellent, efficient, and compassionate dental care! They are always on time ready for me when I arrive for my appointment, and Dr Vogel is great at explaining the treatment plan! I have been with Dr Boyd for 5 years now, and have always been satisfied with the quality of care and the expertise of both providers.

Each individual in Dr. Boyd's office is kind, polite and professional. From my first visit, I have felt I was going to be well taken care of. My teeth are sensitive and have to be numb or gassed! Thank goodness both dentist are patient.

I've been a patient of Dr. Boyd's for over 20 years. She is everything you want in a dentist -- kind, caring, and a perfectionist!

Excellent first visit with Dr Vogel. He took the time to explain my oral health in a way which is the best I ever had. His chair-side manner is outstanding. I look forward (?!?!) to my next appointment.

Dr. Vogel was phenomenal. I had two small flossing cavities diagnosed by Mint in Uptown and my orthodontist (LVL - also highly recommended!) advised that I get a second opinion and referred me to Dr. Vogel. He took the time to get to know me, and after examining my teeth clearly explained what my options were. He said instead of getting the cavities filled I could take a more conservative "wait and see approach" that would actually be better for the long term health of my teeth.

I appreciated his honesty as I didn't even know this was an option after my initial diagnosis. Dr. Vogel is younger but clearly knows what he's doing and you can tell he's up to date and passionate about the field of dentistry and truly cares for his patients. Vicki at the front desk was great as well and even covered my legs with a blanket during my treatment. Highly recommend!

Dr.'s Boyd and Vogl made me feel right at home. Very comfortable surroundings, answered all my questions, most without me asking. Explained and showed me my problem areas and made sure I understood what was being done and why. I feel like I've found my life-time dentist.

Been seeing Dr. Boyd for many years and now Dr. Vogel has joined her team. They always create a professional and caring environment. Consider myself and family members very fortunate to have found such great dentists.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Dr. Jon Vogel. In fact, this was probably the best dental experience that I have had. If you are new to the area and in need of a new Dental provider, or if you're looking for an new dentist, I highly recommend this practice!

I love going to Dr. Boyd and Dr. Vogel's office. They are so fun to be around, you forget you are in a dentist's office. I have been seeing Dr. Boyd for the last few years, and she is excellent at what she does. Very thorough and personable. There couldn't be any better dentists around.

My visit was extraordinary! there were only two doctors due to Covid-19 and they took all the precautions required and then some! There was no staff at the office, this is why I answered N/A, however, when I got there, Dr. Boyd greeted and prepared everything. I love my doctor and wish the staff had been there because it is always a bright day when I go see them!

Dr. Boyd changed my POV on dentistry! I actually look forward to going to see her and her staff. They are always super friendly and very good at what they do. The procedures are well explained ahead of time and the cleanings are fast and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Boyd and her staff!

I actually enjoy coming to the dentist. AND I'm British. (An Englishman at the dentist? How absurd!) The staff are lovely, as is Dr Boyd.and as for Max, well you have to meet him for yourself. Even during some crown work this was all completely painless and even pleasant due to staff joking around. 10/10, would recommend.

Fantastic office and staff, I always feel comfortable and happy in their hands. And it goes without saying that their work is excellent. I went from periodontal disease to completely healthy gums and teeth. Thank you Dr Boyd!

Always grateful to Dr. Boyd for her expertise. Hygienists are very knowledgeable and attentive. The office is personable, and doesn't leave you feeling like a "number." Dr. Boyd and her staff are conservative, and preventative, when working with you in order to keep you oral health the best it can be!
