After years of trying to find a trustworthy dentist in the area, I'm very happy I found Bethesda smiles. I've been going here for about five years. They are very conservative and sensible with treatment plans. All around good people and stellar professionals that make me feel like they are prioritizing my well-being.

Doctors and assistants go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Even with very complicated problems, I felt in good hands. Highly recommended!

Bethesda Smiles is a world class provider! The entire staff are superstars at what they do and are super supportive of their patients. I have tried many other dentists in my life but these guys are clearly the best!

Everything about this office, from the receptionist welcome to the dental care is excellent. Dr. Hirschfeld is thorough, explains carefully what she is doing, responds to any questions, and administers anaesthetic with care and expertise. She is overseeing my Invisalign treatment and I am very pleased with it. I am 74 and this is the best dental experience I've ever had.

Love this place. I've had both doctors work on me before. Great bedside manner, Easy to schedule appointments and parking is downstairs, I think they validate. I've recommended this dentist to everyone.

I had a bit of a dental emergency and Dr. Navabi and the office staff were very accommodating. He went so far as to do a procedure on his lunch hour so I would be taken care of that same day! I was totally impressed with the professionalism and skill shown by all.

I have been going here almost 10 years and love the team! Dr. Navabi went above and beyond on my most recent exam and even called the next day to talk about an issue we discussed during my exam. They truly are an amazing practice!

Always professional and pleasant. Anita has been my hygienist for 6 years. She is competent, friendly, and quick. The Dentists are also pleasant and efficient. My wife goes here as well and has been happy. They are also super diligent about confirming appointments.

I've been coming here for a few years, off and on. I've always been impressed by the quality of the service I've received once I'm present for an appointment, although booking one has been challenging every time--they don't respond to email and whoever answers the phones is not particularly professional. The dental team themselves are friendly, knowledgeable and professional, so it's a shame that the front of house team don't always reflect that. I'll keep going back unless one of my friends recommends a dentist they love who will also take my insurance.

I have heard great reviews from colleagues about Bethesda Smile and from my initial experience, they were all true. The staff were professional. My hygienist, Ebony was welcoming and knowledgeable about the services rendered and the follow-up needed for dental health. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Bethesda Smiles.

Hands down - best dentist around. Dr. Navabi and his staff are incredibly personable and knowledgeable and the office is quite comfortable. I actually look forward to my visits to see Dr. Navabi which sounds crazy but his kindness and humor really make uncomfortable dentist visits much more pleasurable.

This was my first time at this dental office, and to say that I am highly satisfied is an understatement. After avoiding the dentist for many years I finally gave in and made an appointment when I started to bleed bad each time I brushed. I went with the expectations of being in pain for days after, but to my surprise even getting an extensive deep cleaning on tender gums( nursing mother) Ebony was very gentle.

I was talked through the entire process and given a clear set of instructions on how to maintain healthier dental hygiene at home. I never felt talked down to or judged which made me very comfortable. I've already scheduled my next appointment with Ebony for me and the rest of my family. Will definitely recommend her to anyone looking!

I visited Bethesda Smiles on March 9th making a last minute appointment. As always, they were very accommodating, professional, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Navabi, Herschfeld, and Zdanowicz are all super nice and professional. The office is clean and in a nice location. On the other hand.the receptionist is one of the rudest, unhelpful, and most condescending people I have ever spoken to. She should not be the person they have taking phone calls from patients who have insurance questions. Unreal.

Had my first visit there last week. Tidy place. Very courteous and professional service. Thorough and careful dental cleaning. I will return in 6 months time, and reccomend their services.

After moving to the area 16 months ago, I searched high and low for a quality dental practice for my family. I found Bethesda Smiles after trying two other area practices. Here, the dentists are professional and friendly. The office is clean and tidy. And they have an excellent staff. I highly recommend Bethesda Smiles.

The best of the best! I relocated to South Florida six months ago. It was time to visit the dentist. What was I to do without Dr. Navabi and his staff? If I didn't have a conference to attend I would have booked a flight back for the great job that they have done with my dental care for 10 years. I found a new dentist in Weston, FL and was proud of his comments on my dental work upon his initial exam.

My fillings, crowns and implants "are done by an expert." He brought me to tears telling me that all of my dental work was the best work he has seen and only he could do a job as perfect as what he's seeing. He explained that my bone formed around my implant perfectly based on how the implant was placed. He said my crowns were placed exactly with no overlap on the ends and edges not allowing food to get trapped.

He was as excited as I was discussing my X-rays. DR. NAVABI, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PERFECTIONISM AND EXCELLENT WORK FOR 10 YEARS. I miss you all but it's a great feeling to know that exceptional service still exists! Thank you for 10 years of great service!

Dr. Navabi and Hirschfeld have been helping to maintain my oral health for the better part of the past decade and I would never think about going anywhere else. Even through many cleanings, a couple cavities, a root canal, and a few tooth reconstructions. I have always come out with my lack of fear of the dental office intact and in better physical condition than when I went in! I would, and have, recommend this practice to any one looking for quality work performed by highly capable practitioners of their craft!

You have been and are currently under investigation for your treatment compensation and I will be happy to post the email confirmation from them for all to see, so it is not a false accusation. Funny how you say I "presented to our office with a dentition in a state of disrepair" yet my medical records show otherwise. EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE with you crooks!. The only procrastinated that took place was with your non-responsiveness to emails and returning phone calls but thank you for disclosing my medical records which are protected by HIPPA for all to see and proving how unprofessional you are. I am too delighted you proved me just how right I am about your shady business dealings.

Dr. Navabi is fantastic. He explains everything very thoroughly and is very kind. The office is beautiful and the staff is great. Highly recommend.

I am not a fan of dentists or routine cleaning but Dr. Hirschfeld was amazing! She is very detailed and you can tell she sincerely cares about your teeth and her quality of work. She also took the time to explain the issues I had as well as went in great detail about Invisilign when I expressed interest. This is by far, the best dentist I have ever had. I highly recommend her and I am currently trying to convince my family to switch to her as well.

I went to Bethesda Smiles last week to get my teeth cleaned. Lets just say I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist (who is?!), but the staff there was super friendly and gentle. I was impressed with both the dental hygienist and the dentist (Dr. Navabi). I'll definitely be back!

Dr. Navabi and the staff at Bethesda Smiles are friendly, professional, timely, knowledgable, and caring. The facility is clean, hi-tech, and convenient. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust, which is not easy, then Dr. Navabi is the man for you. Even though my new dental plan does not include Bethesda Smiles I still go for my cleaning, fillings, and other major work because I know I will get excellent treatment and care. I have been going there for 4 years and I highly recommend Dr. Navabi and his practice.

Dr. Navabi and his Bethesda Smiles practice is trustworthy, professional, friendly, clean, timely, and the staff is fantastic. I have been his patient for 4 years. And in spite of the fact that my dental plan has changed, I still continue to go Dr. Navabi for my cleaning, exam, fillings and all other major dental work. Bethesda Smiles is not about billing his client and the insurance companies, he is honest and reliable.

I decided to go here after the location came up through my insurance provider. This location is close to where i work so it was a very convenient place to go. There was almost no wait and no issues at all with insurance, the dental techs seem to be very good at what they do and the dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. If you are near by i would recommend this location, unfortunately it is in an area with extremely limited, expensive parking, so walking is the best option.
