If there is an emergency during office hours we will make time to see your child in one of our locations. After hours, a staff member and an on-call doctor are available to help with your emergency. If needed, we will see your child in one of our offices. Begin by cleaning around the sore tooth meticulously.
The first visit at the dentist's office is an adventure for your children. They will discover many things about their teeth and themselves. Waited an extremely long time to get in. Wanted this location because of its close proximity to our home and great google reviews. Unfortunately, for our family this was a horrible place. The staff were hit or miss on friendliness, warmth and accommodation. While with my other child I went over to the x-ray and over heard the lady tell my older child "you will NOT be getting a sticker. You don't deserve one because you won't stop moving." She said this as the tears were rolling down the face. We will not be returning and I would not recommend.

We had a great experience at WVPD Deer Valley. Both of our children were put under anesthesia and had major work done. This team is knowledgable, friendly, very professional, and patient. The facility is always clean and we could see the increased measures they have taken during COVID to keep children, families, and staff safe. Our family was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Our family loves West Valley Pediatric Dentistry and this location is the best of them all! The staff is so friendly and really know how to interact with the children to make them comfortable and have a positive experience! The facility is very clean and and the decor and atmosphere is exciting and family friendly with games for patients and siblings to play while they wait! Would not bring my kiddos anywhere else!

West Valley Pediatric Dentistry is fantastic! Their staff is wonderful. The atmosphere is comfortable and especially fun and welcoming for kids. My daughter says "YAYYY!" when I tell her we're going to the dentist. Best place ever for keeping your kids' teeth healthy and clean while keeping your kids happy. And parents are happy, too. They serve coffee!

We love WVPD. All of the staff are great and very friendly. My son was very nervous to visit the dentist the first time and this office just made the visit so great that he's now looking forward to go visit the dentist. They made really good evaluations and suggestions for his fillings and extractions. The facility is just amazing as well.

We have been going to WVPD since our oldest first went to the dentist and we've moved a couple of times so we've been to 4 locations now. Every single location has been a great experience and my kids absolutely love it here. They feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone is so friendly and the dentists have always been gentle and really great with our two kiddos and their dental needs. Thanks for being awesome WVPD!

West Valley Pediatric Dentistry did an amazing job at making my children's first dental experience a very positive one! Dr. Bailey and Sandy were both very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and patient with both my 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 year old during their visits. All the staff members were welcoming and helped to make the visit stress free and fun.

Our last visit in particular was a cleaning for my 2 year old. This was her 2nd trip to West Valley. I love how friendly and knowledgeable everyone is. She wasn't quite ready to sit on her own but did great on my lap. She left happy and exciting to play with her new goodies. I also visit often for my 12 year old who wears braces. Love the locations, customer service and scheduling offered!

The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. I have a 3 year old and 6 year old and the staff did everything possible to make them feel comfortable and happy. My kids had such a great time they actually look forward to going to the dentist. Beautiful and clean office plus their smiling staff really makes for a pleasant experience. I would recommend this WVPD location to anyone.

My kids have been patients here for a few years. The staff are all very kind and sincere, and I love that they make every effort to put kids at ease! My youngest had sensory processing challenges, and the hygienist worked so well with him when cleaning his teeth. They don't just clean kids teeth; they educate patients about why it's important & how to keep gums / teeth healthy.
