Has been practicing dentistry since 1996. He graduated from the University of Mysore. After his internship from Gov. Dental College Bangalore, he practiced in Bangalore and Kerala for several years. Dr. Varkey completed a General Practice Residency from BMC (University of Massachusetts), and Pediatric Mini Residency program from University of Minnesota.

United Smiles Family Dentistry, Kochi branch is a super specialty dental office with state of the art equipment. My first apt with them was at 16:30, I got there early and still waited about an hour till I was seen (17:15/17:30). I was understanding as they were short staffed. I had a follow up appointment to get my teeth examined and was unfortunately running a little late. There policy states that if you are 15 min late you have to reschedule. My apt was at 16:30 and I got there at 16:40. The team refused to see me even tho I was well within there policy. Overall, terrible experience.

Unprofessional and incompetent. Hands down the worst dentist I have ever been to and I have been to many. I've been to this place twice and I shouldn't have given them a second chance. I had to wait 40min after my scheduled time, like a whole lot of other patients, then after they brought me to the patient room, I waited another 1hour and 15min fpr the dentist to see me?!?!
The worst part is the cleaning treatment I received was soo rough and bad that my gums are still bleading. Absolutely do not recommend unless you like to waste your time and be tortured.

Very friendly staff from the front receptionist to the dentist and her assistant. Very kind to all of our children. The only concern I saw was things are left uncovered and anyone can touch the instruments. My toddler did just that leaving because it's near the door leaving. Our last dentist office kept everything covered until it was time to use it and was big on using gloves. Otherwise all good.

Even though my appointment was at 11:00 am. and I didn't get into an exam room until 12:30 pm., everyone was very friendly and professional as usual.- From the front desk employees to the dentist. We all need to consider the hard times in our country right now, including short staff at many businesses, including healthcare offices All of the healthcare workers are doing the best they can do under the circumstances. I applaud them all! Pack your patience people! . Dr. Jones is First Class!

If you need any dental services I recommend this office. Dr. Jones is very polite and professional. On my first visit, I felt like I made the right choice. I moved from NC in February and found her through my insurance. The ladies at front desk, all hygienist, and assistants are amazing. You will not be disappointed! Note: I'm very particular when it comes to choosing a dentist but I must say, I'm very impressed.
