I actually decided at a very early age, they actually had a program where they had you hook up with a mentor in a field you thought you might be interested in. And I was hooked up with a couple of people in the dental field that really inspired me. And at that point, I thought this is something I could see myself doing, I love people, and I was strong in the sciences, and I thought at that point that it would be a career that I would enjoy. What I find most rewarding is really just being able to change people's lives.

Dr. Ross has been extremely helpful with everything and anything I've needed. He's helping me update my smile without giving me any pressure to spend tons of money. Every time I have needed him day and/or night for a dental emergency, he answers immediately and we schedule a time to meet at his office. He is the only dental provider our family will go to. Definitely recommend Dr. Ross. 5/5 stars

Dr Ross is really great and the staff as well. The reason for my low rating is because. I was quoted the amount, on how much my insurance company will pay and what is my out of pocket expenses will be. I paid my portion which was about $2000 plus. My insurance company did not pay the dental office. Now they billed the entire amount, and I have to pay it or else it will go to collections and small courts.
I paid the entire amount to avoid going to collection and ruining my credit history. If I knew that they don't deal with insurance companies then I wouldn't have gone here. They need to put in big disclaimer stating " They do not participate with any insurance companies" Which means patients are on hook to pay for entire billing.

Dr. Ross and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful! I have been seeing Mary and Dr. Ross since I was a child and am thankful for their wonderful care and unmatched experience. I just had two small cavities filled, no shot, no pain. In and out in 30 minutes! I have lived in other states and never found a dentist with as much skill as Dr. Ross and his team have. If your looking for a pain free dentist who is completely comprehensive and skilled look no further!

It was such a rare and wonderful experience to go to a new Dentist and feel so relaxed and welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Ross actually cares about people and his patients and he listens. I left feeling respected, confident in my choice and so relaxed. All the service I received including my hygienist were so excellent and I felt very cared for.
My previous Dentist office without mentioning any names felt more like I was a number that dare not ask any questions and well I could go on but I wont because I am so pleased with this office and Dr. Ross. Everyone is kind and respectful and the service is what you would hope for but likely never really received any where else. I cannot say enough good things, I only wish I new to come here sooner!
