Covid-19 is still very prevalent but that has not stopped Mobile Dental Care. We, as a team, still provide excellent service. I have worked for this company for 8 years and though never, have I ever, been through a pandemic where the rules & protocols of society & business have changed so dramatically. Mobile Dental Care, as a company, has adjusted to those rules making sure that we can treat and provide that care that we need to.

Hello! I previously worked with Mobile Dental Care from 2010-2014 and made a very hard decision to leave my "work family" only because I was having my first child and wanted to be more local and not travel so much. In between, I worked for a local dentist and also got a paralegal degree. Legal field - NOT FOR ME. I reached back out to staff and was so lucky/excited to hear that there was a need for me with the company.
I started back in January and I'm so happy to be back! This company is so much more than just a job! It's family and our patients are everything. The joy and dental attention that we bring our patients is so needed in the facilities. Everyday we are striving to be the best we can be for our co-workers and patients! Ever more, we are praying for our homes that are hit with COVID and for their health.

I love everything about this company. They care so much about their employees and patients. Mobile Dental Care has a phenomenal clinical and office staff! Highly skilled, considerate, dedicated and kind are only a few words that come to mind. Even with this ever changing world due to COVID. Mobile Dental Care continues to adapt to the vast changes in the nursing facility on a day-to-day basis to provide top service to its patients. Adjusting the way they operate based on recommendations of the health authorities to protect not only their patients, every nursing home staff but their own as well!
In summary, those that reach the top are the ones who are not content with doing only what is required of them. Mobile Dental Care does not strive to be content, Mobile Dental Care strives to be on TOP. This company continues to go above and beyond. What the average call excellent, the excellent call average! I think this company is struggling to keep up with demands. They fail to respond in a timely manner and when you do receive a response, it's as if you're a bother. I truly believe that if you are burnout, it's best to move away from professions dealing with people directly. We are seeking a new dental provider because Mobile Dental is drastically dropping their customer service skills. They've had 3 different doctors in the past 3 months! I'm thinking their's some shady business going on.

These guys are about the only mobile dental care company i think at all! They literally drive to nursing homes to take care of elderly patients. That is their only focus. They make sure your family members are taken care of and can actually do basic things like eat. A lot of these patients have family members that could care less about getting their elder's teeth fixed at all.
They have to sit down and talk about why having teeth will benefit them even late in life. This company could easily have focused on profiting on it's patients but instead they have a Great Christian Foundation and will always be there to help those that need it the most!

What a drag - they left my elderly mother waiting for their arrival all day TWICE without even showing up! My mother cancelled her appointments and activities and by the end of the day was very disheartened and depressed. We decided to drop them and go to our family dentist, then realized not only were they charging much more but were going to pull an important tooth that just needed a root canal.
Also they supposedly filled a few cavities but our regular dentist said he didn't see the need to do so from their X-rays. I can't imagine they stay in business when I had to be very proactive to get any appointments at all and even then there is no scheduled time, just a whole day to wait. The scheduling staff is lackluster at best, rarely returning calls unless really pressed for results. Several promises about having the manager call me back went unanswered. We finally just gave up, so glad we did. What a waste of time.
