Dr. Shafer rescued me from years of botched treatment from previous dentists/orthodontists. From my personal experience I cannot stress enough the value of working with a subject matter expert. He did in 9 months what other invisaline providers could not do in 5 years. The most amazing orthodontist office I've ever been to. Scratch that best doctor of any kinds office I've been to. Just an amazing, caring staff. They made my daughter feel like a star! They had her name on the welcome board and made sure to call her by name as soon as we walked in the door. Even though we had never been there before. The made sure to talk directly to my daughter and explain everything directly to her, not to me and ignore her because she's a kid like most doctors do. This made her feel more of an adult and like she was part of her of the decision process. Great job guys! Keep it up!

He smiled when he had a parking space reserved for his appointment: Julie and Dr Shafer went over in detail our treatment plan so that we could understand different options.
