Friendly, professional and efficient is how I would describe Dr. Prasol and her practice. I have been going for many years and have no complaints. Highly recommended!

I first came to this office for an emergency tooth extraction, which was done instantly and literally without pain. But it so happened, that my acute toothache was a manifestation of a severe and long neglected gum disease. Doctor Victoria presented me with multiple options, patiently explaining and often repeating all cons and pros of each scenario, "mainstream" approach vs. individual, more fitting to my case, solution.

She was extremely patient and professional, giving me time to absorb the shocking news of forthcoming extensive (and expensive) dental procedures, not once forcing me or rushing me up. She was extremely understanding and sensitive, for which I am immensely grateful! Finally, we worked out a plan, and to make a long story short - Doctor Victoria successfully fixed my problem, saving as many of my teeth as possible, which was a miracle by itself, and saved me good amount of money.

All this long and extensive procedure was done almost entirely pain-free. I am sure she has a real gift for that! The office staff was attentive and professional as well, all my questions were answered, all calls were returned. After each procedure I received a courtesy call next day. I can't say enough of how happy I am with Doctor Victoria's skills and outstanding service and work ethic of her team.

I guess, it is pretty obvious that I highly recommend this Dental office for all kind of procedures, from very basic needs to super complicated surgeries like in my case. Thank you, Saugus Dental Laser Center, and especially many thanks and my greatest admiration to Doctor Victoria Prasol!

I feel like Victoria really cares for the work she's doing and so far everything she's done for me has been great. This is coming from someone who's had a lot of dental work done. She's attentive to details and takes time to care and listen to concerns about what's being done.

Dr. Prasol is amazing. She was able to identify and fix every issue that was bothering me. She is extremely attentive to detail and checks in with her patients throughout the visit to make sure they are comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Prasol!

This is my one year follow up cleaning after major reconstruction of my mouth was done. Procedure was perform by Dr Victoria and Dr Polyakov. They gave me my second choice to enjoy full mouth of teeth. Cleaning was done very fast, no pain, no waiting time! Love this place!

Always a pleasure having one of the most annoying services, dental, with Dr. Prosol and team. They are efficient, caring and have reasonable prices. Never had an issue and never was lied or offered for services not needed. On the contrary, they have been honest about the level of care I need and what they offer that makes sense.

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Prasol. During this COVID-19 Pandemic I broke a tooth and was in excruciating pain, I reached out to my dentist and he didn't think it was an emergency. Not only was I turned away from my dentist of many years but from several dentist. At of all the dentist Dr. Prasol was the only one who helped me and for that I'm grateful.

She asked me how I was and prescribed me with antibiotics and pain medicine. She constantly messaged me to make sure I was doing ok. No other dentist was caring, thoughtful and compassionate like her. All I can say is thank you and for ever I'm grateful. I found my new dentist.

My favorite Dentist and Crew EVER! Ive been a paitent for over 10 years. (Ive had alot of work done, with alot more to do) Dr. Parsol, Karen and Martha go out of their way to make me comfortable as possible, from waiting room, prep, xrays, procedures and cost. (cash, credit, insurance, Care Credit) Im so happy with their work and my handling, I always look forwrd to the next visit. Thanks Ladies!

I've been coming to this dental center for years! I never really was the type to visit a dental office because dentists scare me, but quite frankly, Dr. Prasol makes it the most relaxing and easy experience. My teeth have improved significantly over the years; they are healthier and I pride myself on taking care of them. I recommend this place to anyone. I have been traveling lately and its been hard to get a consistent dentist who I'd trust to have working on my teeth. Ordinarily, I was very cautious about who to have working on my teeth. I didn't want any 'smuck' working on my me. So, I reached out to my friend who is also a dentist, but who must recently moved out of state. He recommend me to Victoria P, who he fully vetted.

At the office I was pretty nervous, they made sure that I was okay and their staff was outstanding. I was able to get my cleaning without any issues. I then later came back a second time to have my chipped tooth replaced, she placed in a crown, it was virtually painless and she was delicate and was exact with her fitting. I'm glad I found Dr. Prasol, she definitely was a life saver!

All faith was lost in dentistry with my horrible experience with Western Dental where I felt treated worst than a castle. Fast forward to recently, I was eating crab for dinner and I used my teeth to crush the shell and then crack. The shell crack and maybe my teeth too. Felt a little pain but it was tolerable. The next day on the way to Six Flags, the pain was still there but I notice a tooth was loose and cracked in half.

I don't think I would enjoy the rest of my day with this problem so very hesitantly and reluctantly I called around to see if any dentist can take any walk-ins in the morning and it just so happen that Saugas dental had a spot open. It was like a devine intervention. Dr Prasol was nice and made me laugh. She check out my problem and it turned out to be a piece of crab shell got lodge in between my teeth in the back.

I guess that's why it felt like my tooth was crack. She didn't push any extra stuff like xray or super duty fancy deep clean with flouride that can make my teeth sparkle. Faith in dentistry was restored and time to have some fun. I wish more people can be like her.

My friend referred me to Dr. Prasol of Saugus Dental Laser Center for deep cleaning recently. Dr. Prasol is very gentle and efficient. I am very happy with the service and I fell no pain at all. Price on all procedures are also very reasonable and affordable. I would definitely recommend this office.

I have not had the courage to see a dentist in over 7 years because of a terrible experience with wisdom teeth removal. Upon hello the team at this facility took me in and changed it all. Not only did they baby step through each part of the procedures, they asked how I felt each time they did something and ensured that I was 100% comfortable and ok with next step before continuing.

They didn't make me feel stupid for having such a fear, In fact they took the fear away. I will come back here from now on and twice a year for cleanings. I truely recommend this dentestry to anybody who needs a gentle team and good hands to fix the problem. The saff went over and beyond to ensure my comfort was a priority and that spoke volumes to me. In 16 years my husband and I finally found THE BEST dentist. Dr. Victoria and her team are very professional and affordable. They offer the best quality for implants and venners and they willing to work with you financially.

Dr. Victoria Prasol, DDS. It's one of the best dentist in Santa Clarita. She's super honest, and very knowledgeable. Her dental office and all working stations are super clean, neat, and her tools are brand new. Her wonderful staff are amazing. Kare is always super helpful and understanding. I highly recommend them. If I could give her 6 stars I would. My entire family comes here and both of my parents got dental and implants work here. We are all extremely satisfied with Dr. Victoria.

Dr. Prasol has been my dentist for as long as I can remember. She treats me and my parents like family and it is always a delight to see her. I love this Dentist! Dr. Prasol is amazing and takes good care of you. She is gentle and accommodates your needs such as making sure there is no pain or discomfort, giving you a break if you need it and even staying late to help you out. I am so appreciative of them. All of the office ladies are extremely nice and gentle. Looking for a dentist can be stressful because you want to trust and feel comfortable with the person digging in your mouth. This is the place, check them out, they will take care of you.

I personally didn't like the experience. Office was clean, staff was friendly, but I felt rushed and wanted a second opinion after my visit. I just felt a bit cramped in the office too. I went to another dentist and liked the office experience a bit better, I think they were a bit more pricey though but worth it as they didn't seem as busy.

She is flexible, reliable and quick. In all honesty, I have only had cavities filled by her and nothing more serious than that but what I did have done was fast and painless.
