I visited Parkside on two occasions. First, I'll say, that I have always had severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. The second visit was to have my tooth removed, of which I was really anxious about. Both the hygienists and Dr. Sadoon were great and quickly put my mind at ease! I would recommend Parkside to anyone I know, that needs any dental work done or just for yearly cleanings.

I started seeing Dr. Saloon a few years ago when another dentist left. He is a great doctor. He takes the necessary time I feel to make sure everything is good. He suggested soon after I started seeing him that I'd need an implant or bridge, I went with the implant. Each stage everything was explained well. The hygienist is also great. I'm very happy with all of the care that they give me. Thanks to you all

I have never given a review, but after today's experience I felt the need. Our family has gone to Parkside for 20 plus years. We have dental insurance and have ALWAYS paid for any bills that insurance wouldn't cover. We knew nothing of any outstanding bill, until last week when Parkside contacted my husband and said that my daughter would not be seen for her upcoming appointment for a routine cleaning because we had not paid a bill.
He told them we had received no such bill, but to send another and he would pay it. They did and he sent out the check. They said my daughter could come for her appointment. I called this morning to make sure she had the appointment and was told that she did. She drove an hour to get there and they refused to clean her teeth because they had not received the check.
My daughter messaged that they would not see her. I called and spoke to the office manager and told her all of the above. So after 20 plus years and one bill that we never initially received, and paid when it was finally received, it will be the last. Three patients gone because they want to quibble over $200 that was paid.

I was refused a dentist appointment with no cancellation notice (after driving an hour) because of an unpaid bill that absolutely was taken care of. They claimed they kept the appointment "in good faith" only if the payment arrived (never telling me anything more than that I had an appointment). They then claimed it was my responsibility to pay despite only having contacted my father (knowing he controls our dental plan).
It was not even a bill for my services; it was a bill for his. They claimed they had sent us the bill, which never came, then we asked for it to be sent again, it was, and we paid it a week ago. The payment should have processed by now, and only when I got to the dentist office did they tell me about the "in good faith" conditional terms of the dentist appointment that we called to confirm (and got confirmation of) this morning.
Not once in twenty years have we not paid a bill there. There's no "good faith" about this dentist office, we will never be coming back, and I have filed two consumer complaints for my wasted time.
