I would not recommend going here. Everyone I dealt with was rude except the check in lady. Did not listen to my concerns or help me at all with the problem I went in with. It didn't Sean like there cared at all about me as a patient. I would never go back here. I suggest you don't either. I never leave reviews but this place is that bad that I had to.

Frequently has ignored the reason for setting up my appointments and my doctor only works on what she wants to work on and what's within my insurances coverage has lost half of their services an will more than likely never have them return forcing me to struggle an other Healthcare places to try to do their best without my medical history on top of that has not been in communication with my other doctors to try to help me. Long story short these past two years they have been more of a hindrance than help.

The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude. I've never felt so unwelcome by someone in a healthcare facility in my life. I am an incredibly introverted person, and I prefer to not speak a lot in public. However, the front desk receptionist left me in tears with her belligerence. Her apology was "I'm not being rude. I apologize if you think I was rude." How is a that an apology?
How is putting your hands up and speaking extremely slow (insulting my intelligence) not rude? I can speak English, and I completely understand what she was saying. I just wanted a thorough explanation because I've never been to a clinic that didn't check me in because I was 3 minutes late to an appointment that would only take 10 minutes as usual. Very unprofessional.

The staff have the worst manners I've ever experienced. This is a community clinic for everyone and they treat sick people like 3rd rate citizens. They openly discriminate against people with disabilities. They will talk down to you, raise their voice if you do anything slightly perceived as not following directions. Fairbanks, Alaska's worst clinic, don't come here if you value being treated with dignity and respect.

I would highly recommend finding another provider if at all possible. I went to this office for the first time in April with a medical issue. The doctor I was assigned to, Dr. Holmes, seen me for approximately 5 minutes, told me she ran out of time, didn't do anything, strongly pushed birth control & prescribed a medication that had nothing to do with the reason for my visit and sent me on my way.
Nothing was done to address my issue! I got second opinion from another doctor, at a different office, and my issue was resolved. I attempted to give them another try today as I'm sick and figured everyone should get a second chance. Wrong. I made my appointment this morning. I get there, the check in person was unfriendly, I waited 30 minutes to get called back for the nurse to then tell me the doctor was booked up today and I may end up waiting until 6pm!
I asked why would I have made this appointment when I could've gone to urgent care instead of waiting 3 hours! She gave me the standard blank stare of emotionless apology "I apologize, the front desk person should have told you." But offer nothing else to make it better or take any action or accountability. If this is how they take care of you before you even get seen, then what type of care do you get from a actual medical professional?
What a waste of time, I type this as I now sit at an urgent care office an hour later, still sick, feverish, & extremely disappointed. This isn't a 5 & dime drug store, it's supposed a medical office upholding themselves to a higher standard, right? At least that's what I've would assume in receiving medical care, but not for this place in my experience. Fairbanks really doesn't have many quality health providers, and this particular office quite possibly be exploiting this fact with incompetence and poor patient care!

I have been a client for several years. Only one bad doctor in all that time and when I requested she not be assigned to me all was well for another year. Somehow Dr, Taylor was assigned to me again and all the same problems arose. She disagrees with all my previous doctors and their prescriptions. Four doctors, one of whom I had been seeing for eight years, all agree on my heart problems.
But not Dr. Taylor, she disagrees with all of them quite strongly, and berates me quite severely for questioning her. My blood pressure at admission was 122.90. After the bullying it was 186/140. Not from her bullying she insisted when the discrepancy was pointed out. I am angry that she was reassigned to me after I specifically said we were not compatible last year. I guess I was too polite. I will do without medical assistance as I worry her attitude will result in my early death.

Came here for a routine medical appointment. Everyone from the receptionist to the medical staff was nice with the exception of the person that checked us in and took our payment information. She seemed annoyed about doing her job assisting us. The service was actually good. The medical assistant that took care of us seemed knowledgeable and friendly.
The nurse we saw was also nice and very approachable. A medical staff asked if we were interested in taking some of their supplemental services which we respectfully declined. The person only asked once and was not pushy about getting us to enroll. Will definitely come back here from now on.
