AMAZING! When I tell you that this was the best dental experience I have ever had in my life, I mean it. I have always been terrified of the dentist, I would avoid going for years at a time and rather deal with the tooth pain the make an appointment. But Dr. Bob has changed that for me. Everyone in this practice is so kind and comforting, you're put at ease immediately when you walk in.

They genuinely care about what you want, and how you feel. There's no judgment whatsoever. I have always been a person that was hard to numb, and could still feel "zings" of pain while getting work done. I never felt A THING when they fixed 3 of my teeth last week, and it was also incredibly fast. Seriously, I could have taken a nap. I wish I would have found this practice years ago.

But now that I have I am never going anywhere else. And I'll be making sure I am getting in for a regular cleaning/check up every 6 months. Schedule your appointment with them. You won't regret it.

I no longer dread going into seeing a dentist. Dr. Shar is kind, gentle and professional. The staff are welcoming and caring.

Dr. Sharlene Wilson is amazing! The entire staff is so welcoming and helpful. My son was upset and crying during my appointment and they ALL came to help us out and calm him down. My teeth were whitened so many shades, they look amazing.

Great staff, great hygenist, great service, they do a great job, and i like their proces! i came in for a teeth whitening, and my teeth pearls are brighter!

It was a great place. They worked quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend others to attend this office. They treat you with great respect and tell you the truth about what is going on with your teeth.

As someone who has always been terrified of the dentist, this is the best experience I've had. Both Dr. Shar and Dr. Bob are super friendly, great at what they do and make it quick (without rushing)! The hygienists are super friendly too. I had to bring my one-year-old after our sitter fell through last minute and they were super friendly about it and accommodating which I GREATLY appreciated!

My family switched to Eagle Run West Dental years ago after issues with our previous dentist, and we couldn't be happier. They are incredibly kind, super efficient and always do quality work! Dr. Shar and Dr. Bob actually make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience.

Dr shar has been great for us! She's very kind and personal! Doesn't ever try to push anything. We took our 2 and 3 year old boys today and she was so patient and had fun with them! Her dental assistant, candy, was able to do a full cleaning with our 3 year old! The whole staff here is very friendly and I've had the opposite experience at a place in another part of town so I was excited to find this place!

We are so lucky to have found Dr. Bob and Dr. Shar at Eagle Run West Dental Group! They are personable, kind, gentle, and make any dental experience incredibly pleasant. The staff is the best around, and make you feel like family. My husband and kids love it too!

Eagle Run West Dental provides excellent professional service. The care is done in a timely and caring manner with a focus on your dental health and wellbeing. Everyone is so nice and considerate. Any apprehension about a dental appointment is non existent as your comfort is a priority at all times.

Eagle Run West Dental is as warm and welcoming dentistry office you can have as a patient. They are accommodating with their appointment times, you do not wait long if at all when you get to the office and they are very efficient. They use technology to remind you of appointments and have state of the art equipment. Sounds weird, but I find going to their office as a relaxing experience. Dr. Shar, Dr. Bob and team are great.

I am very picky when I choose doctors for my health. Dentists are everywhere. Good dentist are very very few! I have an international dentist who I don't mind traveling miles to get my work done when I need because I know the quality of his work; therefore, I trust him. I am relatively new to the area and sadly I haven't had good experiences with previous dentist locally. However, I have been visiting these dentists for only 3 times. Yesterday, was my third time and I am very happy with the cleaning Dr. Sharlene did to my teeth.

I am going back for a tooth filling soon. I am just starting to work with them as their patient and so far they have been very nice and professional. A lovely couple that seem to adore their profession and who are making lots of people to smile base on the comments I just read. As far as me goes, I am excited and looking forward to get my tooth filling and hoping it will look great.

Super awesome place! Being going to Dr. Bob since i was little. Super friendly and awesome with kids, and the place is just beautiful too!

I've been going to see Dr Sharlene and Dr Robert Wilson for years. They are both very professional. Above that they are the most personable dentists I've ever been to. Finding an office that makes you feel comfortable for dental work must be an art and they have mastered it. Everyone in the office is friendly and sincere about providing excellent service and have proven so by following up with me if I'm having a dental emergency and attending to it quickly. I would recommend anyone not "loving" their dental experience to see either Dr. Both are excellent!

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. From the moment you first walk through the door they make you feel like family. Everyone is friendly and courteous, and very professional. Amber is a wonderful receptionist/office manager who is great at her job - she is excellent at providing you with reminders and making sure you get the most out of your visit. Dr. Bob and Dr. Shar are extremely gentle and want to make sure you're comfortable when you're there. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone considering them.

I'm the girl with super-mega dental phobia. I'm not missing any teeth, don't have scary gum disease and lack a logical excuse for my fear. Some of us fear spiders and some of us fear dentists, but since I am insane about oral care, I suck it up and go. Although both Dr. Wilsons are great, I see Dr. Bob the most. He is the NICEST dentist on the entire planet of earth.

The entire practice is customer service focused from the minute you walk in the door for your appointment when you're greeted by name (they take a photo of you at your first visit). When you're called back for your appointment, you're given a pillow, offered a blanket and setup with a headset with XM radio or a movie (they have a DVD collection).

They use the latest in dental technologies - high pressure power wash (I'm sure there's a real name for that), digital cameras that show your teeth in super-zoom and flouride that only sits in your mouth for what seems like a millisecond. My entire family has switched to this practice. I'm slowly coverting my friends as well. Best of all, this clinic doesn't have that distinct dental clinic smell that conjures up that fear.
