One of the most important factors in your overall health is a healthy mouth. Standout oral health will not only give you a great smile, but it will prevent destructive bacteria from causing or adding to diseases in your body. Start at home. If you aren't already, get into the habit of brushing your teeth with a good, soft toothbrush or high quality electric toothbrush twice a day for at least two minutes with a fluoride toothpaste.
Dr. Hugh performs dental surgeries for patients in-office. From wisdom teeth removal to urgent care surgeries, we have the skill and facilities to care for you. Wisdom teeth are the very last molars at the back of the mouth. Often, there isn't room in the back of the jaw for these to break through the gums without disrupting the other teeth.
Restorative dentistry procedures fix structural problems with your smile as well as achieve an aesthetically pleasing look. We provide several procedures at Dr. Hugh's Dental PC. CEREC (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramic) technology allows dentists to capture digital renderings of a patient's teeth instead of using the age-old goopy mold model.
When going to the dentist causes undue anxiety, you may be a candidate for sedation dentistry. Dr. Hugh's Dental PC can assess your health and suggest an appropriate sedation option for you. Sedation dentistry is dentistry done while providing a form of medical relaxation for the patient. This relaxation is in the form of medication that is inhaled, swallowed, or taken through an IV.

I have significant childhood trauma around dentistry wich makes it really hard to follow through with treatment. Trust in my provider, being part of my treatment team and feeling welcomed and safe ate very important to me. I visited Dr. Hugh Dental on Tuesday, November 23. It was a very positive experience. Everyone was welcoming. Dr Hugh was very professional. He examined my teeth and told me exactly what I needed to have done. Katie, the hygienist, did a complete exam of my teeth and set up an appointment for a cleaning. Going to a new dentist was great!
