The dentists were great but unfortunately their billing is very rude and pushy. We had some hang ups with insurance despite the insurance being active and covered we are still constantly getting sent bills and phone calls. We were told they'd send the bill manually, directly to Medicaid and 2 days later WE got the bill in the mail. Now they won't see my daughter to finish work that they started. Very frustrating and disappointing.

My 16 month old fell while running around and chipped her two front teeth. One tooth was chipped so badly it looked like she hardly had a tooth, the second was a cosmetic blemish to the corner of the tooth. Mind you I'd never brought her to the dentist yet. But after calling here they had us set up and saw my daughter within 2 hours. We were there for less than an hour and a half and we walked out with her new two front teeth, a follow up appointment and our very grumpy girl even smiled.
The staff is so professional and kind and the facility itself is super clean and quiet. I will highly recommend them to everyone from here on out. I'm beyond grateful to have gone here today and been treated with such kindness.
