The Schuster Management model was created by a practicing dentist, Dr. Michael Schuster. As a young dentist, Dr. Schuster was frustrated by not being able to communicate with his patients and the inadequate training dental school provided for owning and operating his own practice. He designed our management method for his own practice out of this frustration and the desire to provide his patients the very best care he was capable of delivering.
There is a step by step process you apply to advance ever closer to what is ideal for you in the areas of your life that are most important. In this webinar, Dr. Schuster will show you the KEY STRATEGIES necessary to create a fee for service (we prefer private care) or to bring more private care into your practice.
In today's complex dental environment, owners and managers need excellent business training in order to remain viable and competitive. Practices rarely succeed or fail for minor for trivial reasons. At The Schuster Center, we have specifically designed our offerings to provide excellent continuing education opportunities for the dentist and team who are seeking to improve their practice management skills in all areas of the business of dentistry - profitability, time management, organization, sales, marketing and team development.
In today's complex health care environment, it's especially important for a new owner of a dental practice (created from scratch or purchased as an existing practice) to become well versed in the intricacies of owning and operating your own practice (business). We know that dental school has not prepared you for this new business venture, which is why we created this program.

A beautiful theater. They work hard to have great performances and provide a great experience for people attending the shows. We are lucky to have multiple places to see great performances here in Dayton, and the Schuster is the best of a great list. Only issue is the size of the seats in the higher areas (cheaper seats) really tight. I have always thought that one less seat in the aisle would make them far more comfortable; however this is an issue at all live theater houses.

Dayton is very lucky to have such a beautiful facility and not a bad seat in the house even up in the nosebleeds. Seats are comfortable and not squished Sound is great. Parking is convenient right next door and was currently $8 for events. I wish they would put a cover over the crosswalk for rainy times- so bring your umbrella.

Well organized for the nutcracker ballet during the Christmas holidays, had a great time and the staff were helpful and effective. The seats were pretty uncomfortable throughout the play though. Please consider upgrading. Otherwise a very clean and stylish building. Recommend going to see all sorts.

One time only 2021performance of G.F. Handel's - Messiah, Oratorio - with The Dayton Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra & Chorus. This Christmas Classical, Classic hasn't been performed in Dayton in 2years. A Quality performance to a Covid-19 limited crowd who stood in reverence for the Hallelujah Chorus. A standing Ovation followed the completion of this performance.

Thought I reviewed this place before, considering it's one of my favorite places in Dayton, but I guess I never did. Hands down a top venue for live performances, accessible to all, great traveling shows, and lots of local talent call this place home too. Amazing acoustics, technology, design, views, everything is great. Winter garden is a great place too.
Real palm trees, historic Christmas decorations and children's festivities during the holiday season, and a great venue for private events. Also, for downtown workers, provides a nice indoor place to walk around in the winter. Volunteers are always nice and helpful too. Bathroom facilities impeccable. I love the Schuster Center.

Went to the showing of "Cat's" needless to say it was an awesome performance, everyone on the stage was so talented with their singing and dancing, and of course their acting, the most memorable time of the whole performance is when Tayler Harris performed the song "Memory" it was very moving moment for the audience, so impressive.

Nice venue with multiple theaters for a variety of events. I have seen a few shows in the Mead Theater. It's a large theater and a good place to see touring Broadway shows. We most recently saw Cats. The sound is good from anywhere. The views from different parts of the theater are great. This time we sat toward the front in the middle of the 1st Balcony.
The incline of the rows makes it easy to see everything without looking at the back of someone's head. The seats are a little tight. The rows are very long and you can only access middle seats from the ends of the long rows.
