My husband had to have extensive work on his front teeth and never once was he shamed or belittled. Only helped and encouraged to take the right steps. This encouraged me to take care of a problem I've had for years and I am so glad I picked here to have it done!

Dr. Nicholson is thorough and takes time to go the extra mile. He listened to my concerns and not only addressed them, but also went above and beyond to ensure that they were resolved before leaving the office. It was much more comforting to have work done by Dr. Nicholson than previous dentists I've had, because he is extremely delicate and precise in administering oral anesthesia. This made an experience that nobody looks forward to, much less stressful.

As someone who really dislikes dental work, I had the best experience ever at Cosmetic Dentistry of Murfreesboro. Dr. Nicholas goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are happy with their results. His attention to detail and patience when working are unmatched. The rest of the office staff is also wonderful. Tari did a great job communicating with me and accommodating my schedule with appointments. The assistants are very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends and coming back for all my dental work.

Without a doubt, the best dentist ever! Dr Nicholson doesn't force treatment on us and works with our budget. I never have to wait to be called back and his staff are genuine and caring. He did veneers on me a couple of years ago which look great and I now go to him for my cleanings. I would never go anywhere else! highly recommend this office

Dr. Nicholson and his staff were nothing but helpful & wonderful. I had 2 old veneers on my front teeth that needed to be redone and he did a great job at taking care of that. They listened to my requests, concerns, and were all very professional during the whole process. Dr. Nicholson's assistant was also amazing, laid back, and made me feel calm and relaxed during all of my appointments.

His receptionist was also great. She stayed on top of every appointment scheduled, answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the whole process - not to mention so sweet! I've gotten so many compliments on my smile now, all thanks to Dr. Nicholson & his staff. I'm truly so thankful to just feel beautiful and confident over something small like smiling in pictures again. If you're looking for a cosmetic dentist, you've found the right place. I highly recommend.

Love the staff here. Always can get a workable appointment time and changes are easy when necessary. Top notch care and efficient service. I've never waited long to get in and everyone has been good to me and my kids. I've been going here for around 13 years I think. I've been a very happy patient. Dr. Nicholson is great, he spends time to discuss all your questions about your teeth. He will tell you if you need someone else if there is a problem and send you to only the best. He is always there in an emergency as well. Friendly staff who always make you comfortable and advise you on all costs. Fantastic care

I can not say enough GREAT things about Cosmetic Dentistry of Murfreesboro. Everyone that works in there is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Nicholson is honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. I have always had anxiety when going to the dentist, but since I started seeing Dr. Nicholson that has completely gone away. He is calm, personable, and takes his time.

He is gentle while working on my teeth, and makes sure I am happy with everything he is doing. I chipped my front teeth, and I had some bonding work done by him. My teeth look better than ever! He was a perfectionist about making them look perfect. I will never go to another dentist. Hands Down, this place is the best!

Dr. Nicholson Is by far the best dentist I have been to. I've been to a lot of Dentist back home in LA and a few here in Tennessee. And to me he's the best. He has a very calm way about him so it doesn't make you nervous. Going to the Dentist always makes me full of anxiety. His staff is amazing and Teri is awesome! A joy to see every time I go in there.
