As usual, a perfect appointment. Dr. Row is always so friendly and nice. He answers all my questions in great detail. I really appreciate that. I have had many dentists over many years, Dr. Row has been by far, the best dentist I have EVER had. Denita, at the front desk is also so nice and helpful. She always has a happy, friendly attitude. The entire staff is the BEST.

Dr. Row is very personable. Other staff were great and very professional. new patient exam was very thorough and reasonably priced. I will go back next month for root canal.

I developed a bad abscess and needed to see Dr. Row immediately and was able to see him that same morning. I was able to get in and be seen by him right away and he absolutely made me feel better and prescribed what was needed and I will be going back next week to have an extraction and review for implants. Dr. Row and staff are very personable, friendly and professional with reasonable rates for services. Highly recommend.

Dr Row is not just a great dentist but a really nice person too! Denita is always up front to greet you in a really friendly way as well! The office has a nice quiet vibe. It's been said that "practice makes perfect" but Dr Row's techniques are obviously honed through years of, not just of practice, but perfect practice! Would definitely recommend him to friends and family and my dad says the same thing!

It's interesting to note I see a review board with him achieving 4.9 stars with 189 votes! I don't ever recall seeing stats that good for any business ever! Have you? Definitely one of Central Oregon's hero's for having such a great impact on people's lives and doing it with so much integrity!

This is very good group of people whom work is very professional. It was only my second visit, first one for ex-rays, and second one for cleaning. So far I really like the people and service, and probably needed a boot to get into a dental office. I hope that I can make as good as impression on them as a client as they impressed me.

This was my first visit to a new dentist after recently moving here from Portland. My decision was to find a local dentist I could trust after using the same dentist in Portland for over 25 years. A pleasant experience for my 6 month check. Dr Row spent extra time this first visit examine me. My pano indicated there may be an issue in my left sinus cavity and suggested he forward the pano and chart notes on to my primary doctor for review. I would highly recommend giving him a try. As a side note, his fees are the most reasonable in the area based on our research.

I needed to get an appointment right away, due to an abscess gum. Even though I wasn't a patient, they were able to get me in the very next day. I was paying out of pocket, so I was nervous that it would be pricey- but was surprised at how affordable the appointment was. I got a new patient special that included x-rays, all for $68. I was also worried how I would be treated due to not having seen a dentist for 12 years (embarrassing!), but Dr.

Row didn't have anything negative to say at all. So relieved! He was very pleasant and informative, I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for a cleaning, looking forward to going back.

I am still singing Dr. Row's praises after my visit today. Have been to many different dental offices over many years, and I sincerely can say that having a root canal done by Dr. Row has almost been a breeze. Very professional. I like that all is explained beforehand and as the patient I am informed before making a decision. I will recommend this office to all my friends and relatives.

Dr. Row we are so pleased with the work you performed for my dad. He had 8 teeth pulled and a new upper denture placed, all in one sitting. The extractions were a breeze and the denture fits great! Plus, he looks 100% better with his new teeth. We appreciate your relaxed manner because it aided in the confidence my Father put in you. And last but not least, the cost was very reasonable compared to other dentists. Thank you, you have changed Dad's life.

I saw Dr. Row's ad for his new practice in Redmond, and decided to not put off a visit to the dentist any longer. Of course, since it had been a few years since I'd set in the chair, I had several teeth with issues. One tooth in front couldn't be saved with a crown; Dr. Row explained in detail that the adjacent teeth were not good candidates to support a bridge, so I opted for an implant.

Every step was explained as the procedure progressed, and now the process is complete. I am very pleased with Dr. Row's personal attention and care, and we will continue to use him for our dental needs. His office staff makes the visit comfortable and personal, and billing questions are handled professionally. We most definitely recommend Dr. Row for your family dentist.
