Just started going to Heart of the City Dental and I already love it. The ladies there are SO sweet and caring about your dental needs and feeling comfortable in the building. Before your first appointment, they show you around and make sure you feel good in the space! Louise was great and the whole team was so kind! Highly recommend!

I have struggled for years making regular trips to the dentist. Due to a nightmare experience I had when I was very young, I have PTSD, and have suffered major anxiety going to the dentist ever since. The staff at Heart of The City are wonderful! They make me feel comfortable being there as soon as I walk through the door. I consider myself to be a pretty high maintenance patient, and working in health care myself, I'm very self conscious of that.
The staff let's me know they just appreciate that I see them regularly, and reassures me from start to finish that I am not that difficult to work with. They truly put their hearts into the patient experience at Heart of The City Dental!

I had my first dental appointment in years here today and I was blown away by the care and the service that I received! As someone, who like may others, suffers from dental anxiety, I was very nervous about coming to my appointment today. I was instantly greeted by friendly staff that were genuine, kind, and helpful. When it came to the actual cleaning and the exam, I was amazed by the expertise and friendliness of the hygienist and doctor. Dani was the hygienist I saw today, she made sure that I was comfortable, informed, and gave me the best teeth cleaning I've ever had!
My exam with doctor Tanya was very helpful and insightful and has set me on the right bath to better oral health! I highly highly recommend that anyone make their next dental appointment here!

I recently had periodontal surgery and was experiencing some complications over the holidays. The periodontal clinic was closed, but when I called Heart of the City Dental they were able to schedule me to see Dr. Tanya the very same day. She was incredibly helpful and even gave me her cell phone number so that I could contact her with any questions, which I did on several occasions.
She promptly answered all of my texts and also called to check up on me in the days that followed. I was so impressed by her kindness and concern for my situation. Dr. Tanya is an outstanding dentist who truly cares about her patients, and I can't recommend her and Heart of the City Dental enough!

New to this dental clinic. Everyone IS VERY NICE TO ME. I walked in to checked in for my appointment and they were very kind to offer me some water to when I needed some water. I didnt needed to ask. Fancy cup of water they gave me lol. Well by the time I walked through the door when my name is called everyone welcomes me all at once to their clinic and gave me a tour.
Feeling special about. Got my teeth checked and they did a great job finding all the information they can with my teeth. Compare to my old one. My old dental clinic wanted me to remove my back teeth by where my wisdom teeth was removed. But they found the problem that all I need to is do a filling replacement and deep cleaning. Wow I made a great decision moving here.
