I have to give Dental Associates a 5 star rating. I have been going there for several years and I have to say they are the nicest group of people, they make you feel like you are right at home. I had my appt. this morning with Laurie, she is the sweetest person, she makes you feel like you are part of the family and that is relaxing, as a matter of fact I do fall asleep when I have my work done. Dr. B. is great also, very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.
I would never hesitate to tell anyone if they need a dentist to go there, you will be amazed at the relaxed surrounding and friendly people there, can't say enough good about all of them!

I take my entire family here and am very satisfied with all that this dental office provides to all of us. They do an amazing job making me, my wife and kids feel comfortable during all of our appointments. I actually look forward to going in and getting my teeth cleaned because I know that I will not only get a wonderfully thorough cleaning/exam but an overall enjoyable experience. Their service is exceptional! Dr. Birrenkott and Lori, my hygienist are so friendly and comfortable to discuss my treatments with. I feel like they really listen to my concerns and have always treated me with care and respect. Dr. Birrenkott did a bridge on me and it turned out absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Dental Associates for all your dental needs.

I have gone since very young over 30 years. Dr. Paschen, then Dr. Birrenkott have been delightful and comfortable to work with. They remembered and knew the family. The dental hygienists, especially Laurie knows my family well and she shares her life. The front staff also provide excellent customer service. I enjoy going to the dentist and have told others. This I have chosen over seven years to travel about an hour to visit them twice a year.

I can't explain to you how appreciative I am of Dr Reid, his assistant, Mariah, and the whole staff @ Dental Associates. I had an extremely painful situation come up, and even though I am in a precarious situation, Dr Reid didn't hesitate one minute to help alleviate my pain. I have never been treated with so much respect from a doctor, or a business, like I did from them. True professionalism to say the least. Thank you so much to all of you.
