Smiles gave me the opportunity to fill out paperwork ahead of time which got me into the seat quickly and on time. The hygienist was professional and personable as was Dr. Jenna - the dentist. It was as good an experience as a trip to the dentist can be, I think.

I was terrified of the dentist. I couldn't even get my teeth cleaned without sobbing. The associates of Smiles of Valparaiso make the experience so comfortable and never dismiss your fears. They make sure you feel welcome and at home. Thank you all for helping me overcome my fears. I will forever refer people like me your way.

The staff is far above the rest. They go above and beyond for their patients. I called on a Sunday afternoon as an emergency and the Dr called us back got us a prescription and a time to come in the next day. They are not in my insurance network but they are worth it! Top notch care!

I was extremely nervous about coming to Smiles. I had a bad experience at a different dental office, (the doc was mean to me and made me cry).I expressed my concerns with the front desk girls, they were sympathetic and comforting. Upon entering the girls were very bubbly and fun. I was brought back and the docs assistant was so relatable. We bonded and shed some tears.

I went through some depressive episodes and just.neglected my teeth. Now I am trying to save my teeth and get back to liking my smile again. Dr Foster was amazing. Very nice and good bed side manner. (He didn't make me cry) he talked to me like he talked to his own family members. He was optimistic but made sure I understood the different possibilities.

We have a penciled in treatment plan and I finally feel well taken care of and appreciated. The whole staff made me feel, like a human being. I definitely recommend Smiles to everyone I meet now. I honestly can not wait to go back to see them. Even though it might be painful to my mouth and pocket, at least they are there to hold my hand and work with me.

I had a wonderful experience here. The front desk worker was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Everything was wiped down and sanitized promptly. I felt so comfortable with my hygienist, who was quick, thorough, and had such a calming presence. She took the time to explain all of the details to me, and gave sound cleaning advice without being condescending. I would absolutely recommend this practice!

THIS IS THE OFFICE TO COME FOR EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL DENTAL CARE! I received caring special attention yesterday during my visit as a new patient! All of the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Plus, their equipment is state of the art! I experienced no pain during my cleaning, exrays, and exam, a huge issue for nervous people! Natalie caused me to feel relaxed and comfortable, Dr. Scott did the same! Truly a pleasant experience all around!

I had my six month regular cleaning and check-up. Natalie did a great job cleaning my teeth with the ultrasound wand and a follow up with the picks. Searched my mouth for gum, tongue and other soft tissue problems and all teeth for any problems. Dr. Kirk then also did a thorough job of looking for any problems in hard and soft tissues. I'm always very satisfied with my dental care in this office.

My first time here and I had a wonderful great experience. Dr. Foster, his assistant & Lauren are absolutely amazing people to meet. They listen to my long history lol of concerns. Friendly professional environment. I would highly recommend Smiles of Valparaiso. They went the extra mile and very attentive. Smiles by Arnold is the best! The front staff are so warm and friendly and very helpful. The assistants are also very friendly and caring. Dr. Jenna is wonderful! She is kind, funny and gentle. I have very high anxiety about going to the dentist and everyone in this office has made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend them.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist BUT the wonderful staff at Smiles By Arnold have made the experience much more pleasant. Alexandra Sales, D.D.S. and her amazing assistant, both come highly recommended because they are very professional and always keeps me informed about what to expect during our appointment. As well as, Natalie, who cleans my teeth, is extremely gentle and kind. What can I say, the whole team is great and knowledgeable! Come check them out!

My sons had their teeth cleaned by Natalie. She was kind, professional, and very gentle yet thorough with them. We love the Smiles by Arnold staff! Dr Alex did a great and thorough exam on the boys, and Stacy at the front desk was very welcoming when we came in. I really love the entire staff. Dr Leslie, Christine, Lauren, Kinlynn and Jessica have all worked on our family and we've always had a great experience. Highly recommend!
