The absolute best orthodontist in Georgia! I've had some experiences with professional practices that treat you nicely during your initial visit and once you've become a regular patient they treat you like you're an annoyance to them if you have questions or concerns. That's something, thank God, that I've NEVER experienced here! They are the same friendly, professional and comical crew I encountered since day 1! Dr. J, and her crew are simply amazing and I would recommend EVERYONE in need of a gentle, caring, and compassionate orthodontist to Gwinnett Orthodontics!

Our son, Kailen Jacobs had his braces on back in 2017 and today was the BIG day, June 24th he had them removed. His teeth were pushed over to one side and now they are straight. It's been a long and lengthy process but we'll worth it. Everyone in the office has always been so kind and patient, see Kailen has Autism and sometimes patience is not his strong suit.

But he has never had anything negative to say about any of his visits because everyone has always been so helpful and nice. I recommend Gwinnett Orthodontics for your orthodontic needs you'll be glad you did.

My experience as an adult with braces at Dr. Wilmot's office has been amazing! Dr. Wilmot and her staff have all been so helpful and patient during this journey. I've always felt welcomed and never felt rushed during each appointment. I also loved the fact that during my appointments I never had to guess what adjustments were being made as Dr. Wilmot and her staff would always explain what was being done and why these adjustments were being made. I absolutely loved the results. I had on my braces for about 2 1/2 years and had not one problem throughout the process. My sister came here and her teeth are AMAZING as well. The staff is super always friendly and make we feel welcome every time I walk through the door. Dr. Janice Wilmot is the best!

This is my second time having treatment with this office and I can truly say it has ALWAYS been a phenomenal experience. Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating from your first visit/consultation, to your last. My smile is so beautiful thanks to the team and I'm so excited to take my mask off and show the world. This is my second time being under the care of Dr. Wilmot and her team. First time at 14 (young and irresponsible) and second time this year for a Invisalign. Dr. Wilmot always explains the treatment plan very clearly, her team is very attentive, and the professionalism within her practice is extraordinary. To top it off, Dr. Wilmot's chair side manner is exceptional. Thank you Dr. Wilmot and team for your services. Not only did I feel like a cared for patient, I also felt as if I were family. My daughter has a brand new beautifully straight smile! Dr. Wilmont is exceptional at her job. She is thorough and takes the time to meet with every patient and their parents. The staff is welcoming, accommodating and willing to schedule around our schedules. The entire process was fantastic. I definitely recommend them!
