Staff is great when you can reach them. Additionally, they are very prompt and straight forward in the office. However, when I went them at the end of April they stated I need a root canal which I knew. However, if you need a root canal done with them 2 things a)make sure your mondays are available or you be like me and b)do not pay them till the day of the procedure and if they pressure you, leave.

On my first appointment I paid for the root canal and crown and I schedule the procedure for the following monday. I was then called a day later to reschedule for the monday following, I agreed not knowing at the time I could not leave that monday. So, I called to reschedule for the monday following the monday. I got no one so I left a voicemail and the doctor called back promptly and agreed to schedule it for that monday.

That Wedenesday the week prior to the appointment I got a call confirming the orthodontist could do the root canal that day at this dentistry and would be coming. The monday of the appointment I did the prep work, I got there in a timely fashion to only sit there for 2 hours before I could reach someone. Who states due to the comment of needing to be rescheduled I was forgotten.

They tried to reschedule, however, mondays were not working out so I said no thanks and asked if I could get a refund since I paid for a procedure that never occurred. The lady stated yes and informed me someone from accounting would reach out that Wednesday to discuss options since the doctor who runs the practice was away on travel. Accounting never called, I called and got a hold of no one.

I am still calling and getting no one, I left voicemails requesting a refund and no response. I am currently in the process of bank claims for a refund. So please note the outside orthodonist only shows on Monday, do not pay till day of procedure, and call to confirm they remember day of procedure. Don't get lost in miscommuncated notes.

I love Dr. Kavianpour. I have been a patient for two years and she does great work (I had a root canal and several cavities filled) and is always gentle, thorough and very kind. The entire staff is terrific. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Kavianpour and her staff are always very professional and friendly. They have a very comfortable and setting and are always welcoming. If you have ever had a bad experience in the past no worries, Dr. Kavianpour will restore your faith in dentists.

Dr. Zahra, one of the best dentists in the NoVA area. Got my deep cleaning and perio maintenance done and my teeth feels great! Pain free treatment!

They do an amazing job, are flexible with hours and just very friendly. No matter what the treatment is, I can trust Dr. K to do a wonderful job with her team.

Excellent dental practice with far better quality and care than my last dentist. They really want to make sure you're confortable and have healthy teeth. Never felt like they were pushing for something unnecessary. Everyone is super nice and listens to problems or issues you have- just an amazing practice that makes going to the dentist much more pleasant.

Never ever recommend to anyone for this dentist. They are just money making. Don't want to gave 1 star. I went to her and she told me I need 4 Root canal but I went to 3 more doctors they got the xray and they told me everything is fine and don't need even filling! she charged me unnecessary copay. Please don't followup ever here.

Dr Kavianpour changed the direction of my life. A little more than a decade ago I walked into her office. About a month later, I had a Hollywood smile. I often go to Star Trek Conventions and do photo ops with many of the Stars and my smile is better. Before visiting her office, I dreaded Dentist. Now, I look forward to my appointments. It feels like family.

My grandparents have been going to Dr. Kavianpour for a decade now and only have good things to say. They're caring, gentle, and great with communication.

Dr. Kavianpour is amazing. She is the best dentist I have ever known. She is very attentive, and loving. She goes above and beyond to provide her patients with the best care. During emergencies she is always incredibly helpful. The office staff is wonderful, and they work with each patient to meet their needs. I definitely suggest her and her office to everyone

I have always been scared of the dentist and Dr. Kavianpour made me feel so comfortable after having some fillings done. Would definitely be coming back and also recommending this office to friends and family. The dental assistant is very nice and the front desk lady was very helpful.

The best! Love Dr. Kavianpour and her staff! Very gentle and kind. Thorough cleaning and she is very conscientious in explaining your dental condition and what you need as well as what is covered by insurance or not. I have tried other dentists in the area and she is THE BEST!

Love Dr K! She does beautiful work, & is kind, gentle and caring :. She made my veneers so natural looking that no one can tell they not my natural teeth. She really cares about her patients, always makes me feel comfortable, calls me personally at home to check on me, and even gave me her cell number to call her any time if I need her. I've been going to her for over a decade and she and all her office staff really make me feel like family .

Dr. Khan is simply amazing! He is very kind and knowledgeable. He made sure he explained everything that was going on so I had an understanding of what the next step was. He was also quick and very careful. I am happy with him!
