The staff is nice, but Jonathan Taylor is a complete jerk. After over an hour with the nice dental technician, he rushed through talking to me, and didn't address an issue I wanted to discuss. They made me sit in a different chair and went on to the next appointment. After 10 minutes, I said, How long do I have to sit here? He said you can just leave.
I said, no, I still need my treatment plan and I need a problem addressed. He said, I'm with another patient. I told him that my appointment was first and I needed it adressed. He then told me he refused to treat me. Jonathan Talyor is completely unprofessional and a jerk. I told them three times of a problem I came in for and he was too busy to answer my questions.
His unprofessional attitude and condescending tone were completely uncalled for. Don't waste your time or money with Jonathan Taylor. His unprofessional attitude is a sign that he is completely incompetent. A perfect example is, when I called to make the appointment, the office manager couldn't tell me if he offers Invisalign. They're either imbecilic or incompetent. Don't trust Jonathan Taylor with your oral health.
