I cannot give this place a high enough rating. 5 stars doesn't even begin to cover it! I went to this practice for the first time today dealing with some severe dental pain. I was a new patient and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning after calling over the weekend. I have severe dental anxiety and everyone here went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe.

After receiving care for 4 hours, I feel completely renewed and confident in my smile! Every single employee I encountered was SO kind and even held my hands and did deep breathing with me to help calm down. I love this place and will be returning here for all of my dental needs in the future. I cannot thank these people enough!

I love this office! They are like family. Jacci fully bonded my teeth and talks to me like I've known her my entire life. I used to hate smiling and would cover my mouth based on chips and cavities. Now I smile all day long! Dr Thomas told me my house was on fire when I first went but told me they don't judge and would get me fixed. They went above and beyond

Great place! I have not gone to the dentist in years with no excuse. I needed a good amount of things taken care of! They got me right in, and as a self pay patient I felt at ease with the price at the end of my treatment! Would highly recommend!

Dr Thomas and his son are amazing. Make sure you get a quote previously to work done, price wise. Went in for cosmetic work out of curiosity. Told them what I wanted to spend.repeatedly gave my limit. Didn't realize I was being ignored. It was 4 times the price. I paid it just to get out of there, and not have to deal with it. Found a place with better prices. That listened.

I had an issue occur on Saturday they got me in asap. The staff are amazing, so friendly, gentle and caring. I will be making this my permanent dentist office. Plus my issue was quickly resolved!

I went there for my regular cleaning and to assess pain in my impacted wisdom tooth. Ended up getting a root planing and gum scaling for 3.5 hours with no warning of what it entailed or meant and pawing $400 out of pocket after insurance. Developed massive sores and cuts all over my mouth that did not go away from 12 days after. Called on the 9th day they had me come back in denied any responsibility or correlation to my mouth sores and cuts and insisted I get my two fillings done aside met my deductible for the year and it would be free for me. another hour and a half later of more pain and I owed MORE money. But hey I still have wisdom tooth pain and issues. Did not address that at all. Never again.

I had a terrible experience. The dentist was nice but had no clue what to do to a tooth I was having issues with. The staff is completely disorganized. The red haired lady who makes retainers had an entire conversation with me about how I had Invisalign in the past and she makes a retainer for someone with metal braces! I paid $500 for my clear retainers.

She tries to fix the situation and 2 weeks later I come to try the correct clear retainers and the top one doesn't fit at all. My grandmother passed away the day before I came in to try the trays and she's extremely rude yelling and arguing with me why it won't fit on top wanting me to wait for the dentist to check it. I couldn't take anymore when I found out my very quieter and kind nephew that went there years ago actually got smacked in the face by her so figured maybe the dentist figured out how upset she's making patients since I never asked for my $500 back I paid up front and I left the retainers on their tray.

I'm hoping he can take my $500 to hire a better person who was more professional. This is after I went in several times for the dentist to look at me and have no idea why my tooth is sensitive and still somewhat painful after he sent me to his wife who's also a dentist for a root canal. Thank God after the 5th visit with no help being sent back home to "wait it out" I found a new amazing dentist who found the tooth was actually cracked in half and had to be removed. I'm now out of pain

They got me in right away as a new patient. I had my cleaning and fillings done the same day which was awesome! Staff was very friendly and dr. Thomas was very nice.

Went to Dr Mike about a abscessed tooth he gave me meds. He then told me the (2)Teeth could not be saved! I took the meds and pain went away. I did not return cause the pain was gone and I'm nervous about the Dentist. A year later the pain came back and I returned to have him look at them. This time he told me they could be saved and he did a teeth cleaning!

So I was confused on how now I was told they could be saved and that his wife would do a root canal. So in the meantime I seeked another opinion from a dentist with 40 years experience he took x-rays of all my teeth and said there was no way he could have saved them (2)teeth (Molars) and pulled them so Doctor Mike charged me for the cleaning and x-rays when the teeth could not be saved.

So first visit (teeth can't be saved) 2nd visit a year later ( They magically can be saved now with root canals) So let's do a cleaning. I refused to pay and my wages where taken from my pay and family of 4 children over his lies!

I had the most wonderful experience the whole staff were outstanding

My fiance broke a tooth on Sunday evening and we got in the same night. A plan was made and we were able to fix the tooth and get braces on a plan that was very affordable. We are very happy with the transparency and friendliness of the staff. They are our new dentists.

Friendly office. Makes me feel welcomed. They always "fit " me in when I have an issue. Thanks for all you do.

They were so nice at taking my call at 5am for emergency and getting me in same day and helping me with payments and everything! They will definitely b my family dentist! And thanks again Tonya for all u did for me!

Dr. Mike and staff take the fear out of going to the dentist! Friendly & knowledgeable staff make you feel comfortable and cared for. You walk away feeling like family and not a number. Love Dr. Mike's chairs side care and nobody can make you more at ease than him. Great place and I highly recommend!

I have always had a fear of dentists. NOT TODAY I felt so comfortable and finally got some great help here on my first visit to Dr Mike and staff. Everyone was so very kind. I will be sharing my amazing. experience with everyone I know. Thank you all for a great first time in your dental chairs! Till I see you again.

I started seeing Dr. Mike about 5 years ago and thought he was wonderful. a few years ago I switched my developmentally delayed daughter and I cannot say enough about how wonderful and patient he is with her. We will never go anyplace else!

Great personality. Have had such good restorative work done. All the office staff are pleasant and helpful.

This is the absolute worst place you could ever send someone to get braces. what an absolute quack of a doctor! I hope you go out of business for how unprofessionally you have treated my wife. never entrust your teeth or your families teeth with doctor michael thomas. what a HORRIBLE job you have done

Dr. Thomas and his staff are Wonderful! Had gone to someone who adamantly told me my only answer to my present dental issued to remove 3 teeth and have 2 partial plates. I wasn't ready to take that as the final word. Called Dr. Mike, he had me come in for a free consultation and said he thought my teeth could be saved. He and staff have worked diligently to do so and worked with me on an affordable payment plan. Highly knowledgeable, skilled PLUS compassionate Care! How good is that?
